I asked for a quiet room and got one 215 upstairs (which I highly recommend ..) don’t get by the ice maker! Or doors that shut from the outside causing noise! The Staff is a bit “odd”….don’t welcome you really, actually pretty marginal…have not idea if it is a cultural thing. But usually in the Hospitality field here, we welcome our guests, chat, ask how things are going etc. The is a slow check in…very few worlds.and if you rent two rooms under your name….it took a long time to enter information TWICE with ONE finger on computer…painful. POOL IS NOT FUNCTIONING even tho advertised….call for update! Was a disappointment as it was HOT.
