We almost packed our things up within the hour and left. We could not believe how filthy everything was. We wouldn’t even turn on the air conditioner or the heat because of the dirt in it.

I didn’t have high standards because of low price. It was clean, safe, and comfortable. Was it fancy, no. But it checked our boxes for a last minute stay. Staff was very kind, and friendly. Discount for Dennys was a bonus.

I've traveled to Grand Junction numerous times over the years for bike events and for passing through on way to Moab, Utah. I've always liked Grand Junction. The central business area is great, love the bicycle art along the street.

Easy to find- looks like booking.com photos.
Easy to find- looks like booking.com photos. Spacious, comfy bed. Enjoyed coffee at the table under the front yard tree. Country setting - goats in pasture were adorable. Close to town with plenty of restaurants.

Downtown Grand Junction had several breweries and restaurants that were dog friendly. We also visited several wineries which were 15-20 minutes from downtown GJ. Colorado National Monument was only 15-20 minutes away as well.
The room was comfortable and decently clean - there was a bit of a funky smell in there which we couldn't get out as the windows didn't open. The front desk staff were a bit unfriendly, but we've come to expect that in bigger chains. The hotel was pretty far out from the main action of GJ but probably good if you were needing to be close to the airport. They talked a lot of game about the hot breakfast, which was just ok. Comfortable and mostly clean (if you can ignore the smell) were the best parts.
I've stayed at the Grand Palomino 3 times in the past for bike event in Grand Junction. I like the place because the rooms are clean, big and quiet. Lot of good restaurants within close proximity and dservice at the front desk is outstanding. WiiFi is very good even in room at far end of parking area. I highly recommend staying here and will return next year.
The Charming and Cozy Downtown retreat was perfect for our family trip to Grand Junction. The property was super clean, spacious & had lots of details to accommodate our stay. Our Host Connie was quick to respond, & easy to communicate with. The property location is centered to nearby Main st, shops/restaurants, & close to CMU.
very bad service, we arrived around dawn and when we were going to go to sleep we realized that the beds had blood, in addition they tried to charge me without my authorization, after I left the place they tried to deduct money from my card, be very careful with this very dirty hotel.
The house is an older model, but it is clean and well furnished. We did not use the cooking or clothes washing facilities, but they appeared to be adequate. Location is handy to downtown and to freeways. All and all I would use this house again for future visits to Grand Junction.
Great location and modern facility. It was close to the train station and made it possible for us to walk with our baggage to the station. Close to downtown so we didn’t need a car. Hotel rooms are small but well organized.
A staff member “Shay” went out of her way on her time off at the pool and helped us out with things to do and see around Grand Junction. I wish all service in hotels was as friendly and courteous as what Shay provided
This is the best Hampton Inn I've stayed at. Right on Main Street and walkable to shops and restaurants. They offer covered parking with easy access into the hotel. Great breakfast, very clean and comfortable room.
The location in downtown Grand Junction was great, lots of restaurants to go to within walking distance. A little drive from I-70 but worth not having to get back in the car for dinner!
every time I visit grand junction I stay at this place. The new management has put a lot of effort to upgrade the establishment. Clean rooms, nice hot breakfast. Will stay here again
Decent little hotel near the airport. Staff were super friendly. Had pretty decent skincare stuff for a cheaper hotel. Great option if you're passing through
The rooms were fine, standard-size for this type of motels in the US. The room was clean, the lady at the reception nice, but w had a huge disappointment.
