I read the other reviews before we rented this house. The other people who stayed here actually gave quite the compliment and reviews.I also agree with them.it was nice to have the little things that you would not think to bring. very large house open floor plan large rooms very nice,hot water. if you stay here, you must travel to Mamma Mia‘s outside of Davis awesome Italian food.

The property is near Blackwater Falls. I celebrated my birthday by doing a hike to the falls. They were very hospitable and offered us a free round of golf ⛳️ and the use of the hot tub. We enjoyed our stay. The 2 room suite for us 4 were clean. The breakfast was a bit disappointing . But overall we had a blast!

The cabin was spacious and clean. It was located near the river walking distance to the trout fishing. It also had nice patios for lounging and viewing the foliage. Not too far from town and grocery stores.
We enjoyed our stay. The scenery was beautiful just entering Spring. I can only imagine how it improves through the season. We look forward to visiting when the trees are in leaf and again sometime in the Fall. We packed plenty to snack on and drink, but it appeared as though there were nearby places to get a sit down meal. In our case, the B&B provided a couple of meals for us.
