It seems like a scam to me, I paid 360 for 3 nights, they offer breakfast and I don't know what else but to start the installations. , they left me two little soaps and a small container of shampoo. The bathroom is older than me and they charge as if it were a 5 star hotel, I arrive and they don't even answer you when you ask something. The breakfast is a shame, tasteless coffee and some begles is all they offer for breakfast. The truth is that it is a shame, just as they charge, they should provide the service. They need to remodelate those hotel and change everything starting for the carpet it's a mess. As if that were not enough, they don't let you sleep because when someone walks on the floor above it seems like they are going to fall on you as you hear the grounds squeak. It was the worst experience of my life staying in a hotel.

We likely hit at College Park at a bad time.
We likely hit at College Park at a bad time. There was road construction just about everywhere and all parking was pay-to-park, which we don't have here. Along the road where we stayed, there are lots of restaurants and places to eat (fast food/convenience food). Access to and from the freeway is quite easy.

The location is perfect for campus visitors.
The location is perfect for campus visitors. This property really is THE Hotel to stay at when you’re coming to College Park.
Rates for this ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ property fluctuate si we don’t always stay here. Lucked out this time — our rate was super affordable for Spring Break.
Try The Hall for dinner. Just a short walk behind The Hotel. And Vigilante Coffee down Baltimore Avebue is THE BEST COFFEE I’VE EVER HAD!!

It's a beautiful college town with many shops and restaurants in walking distance from the university. It was easy to get into Washington DC and to go to Baltimore from this central location. The majority of the restaurants in the area deliver to the campus and hotels either by their own delivery service or Grubhub or DoorDash so food is never an issue. Just be aware that most of the parking is on the street and limited around the university. There is good access to public transportation. Also, two restaurants to definitely keep in mind are Board and Brew on Baltimore Avenue for a quick bite. Very good food and service! They have sandwiches and serve breakfast all day. Be sure to try the Blood Orange tea! Excellent! Also, for a more hearty meal, I suggest Mamma Lucia's. Their Spaghetti and meat sauce was the best I've ever had and with their large portions, one meal could easily feed two people or give you leftovers for the next day! Both are eat in and offer delivery.

Location and the techy amenities were great!
Location and the techy amenities were great! Using the automated shades was kool. Location was great for what we needed. The lighting in the bedroom suite should be much better for reading and writing or using laptop it was not adequate at all. Having to go back and forth to use the mirror and comb hair or whatever was pretty inconvenient and should noted to make the decision to get a suite or regular room.

Variety of restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores, and shopping and highway access on the main street. The main street (can't remember the name) has a lot of bumps and potholes. Very rough riding,

When I checked in , the hotel holds my $50 US dollars for deposit which I don't know why, but the hotel did not put back to my credit card until now (9 days already). I called the hotel last Monday, I was told to wait for another 1-2 days, but now still no action . I have to call the hotel again and call my bank.
No, not good experience. and will not stay in this hotel again.
From check in to check out staff were great. Stayed in suite and bed linen and bed were of highest quality. Breakfast good, for a motel. Don't expect a la carte, but some hot options along with the usual continental. Fresh fruit too, and coffee good. The whole premises was immaculate. Can't fault, one of the best motel stays ever, better than most 4 star hotels.
I stayed in the hotel with my wife. Breakfast was very good. We enjoyed it every morning. The staff in the hotel was very, very friendly and helpful. They always greeted you with a nice smile. The room was very clean and comfortable. If we are in this city or surrounding area again, we will definitely stay at this hotel again!!!
There was no breakfast since "cook did not show up". We went to get our own breakfast at Panera, then returned to find cold items displayed. On-staff desk worker did her best to accommodate, but we choose Hampton because of exceptional breakfast options compared to cheaper hotel options. This was a huge disappointment.
Front desk staff acted as if we were bothering them, breakfast was coffee and pre wrapped muffins, cleaning staff blocked hallways with carts and trash, carpets were filthy, bathtub had hairs from previous guest. Hotel has restaurant / dining area that is unused. Makes no sense for this area in particular
the bed was the comfiest I’ve ever slept in.
it was quiet and relaxed and the staff were lovely. Sam on reception deserves a special mention, after a long and tiring journey he gave us such a warm and friendly welcome, such a lovely guy he’s a real credit to the hotel.
The hotel itself was nice. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I really like the large shower and the fact that they use eco friendly permanent bath products instead of the individual small bottles which are a waste.
The hotel is a good place to stay near the University of Maryland. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Several food places are nearby.
