We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sousse Palace Hotel and Spa in Sousse, Tunisia, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.
A special thank you to Bassim and Abderrazek and everybody else whose names our short memory forgot), who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their professionalism and friendliness truly made a difference and contributed greatly to our wonderful experience.
The breakfast at the hotel was delightful, offering a variety of delicious dishes that catered to all tastes. Every meal was a treat, and we were particularly impressed by the freshness and quality of the ingredients. We chose to have only breakfast included because we wanted to explore the stunning Sousse to find the restaurants where the locals go to eat, but you have the possibility to choose all-inclusive resort option.
Our room was spotless and very comfortable, thanks to the amazing housekeeping team. The cleanliness and attention to detail were evident, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The location of the hotel is perfect, offering stunning sea views and easy access the town center and the best beaches Sousse has to offer. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We had the bedroom with sea viewing without asking for that, and we are very grateful for this.
Overall, our time at Sousse Palace Hotel and Spa was memorable, and we are extremely grateful for the outstanding service and hospitality. Excellent customer service.. Excellent food 😋especially Friday night which is 🇹🇳 food . Very organised hotel ..and a very reasonable price 👌 miss Houda is very professional in her Job and responds to messages etc as quick as she can... please bare in mind that she has the responsibility of managing a very big hotel ..so don't expect a response immediately.. The Front staff are also very helpful and organised people... I brought a pair of sun 🕶 glasses in the souvenir shop very good quality only 9 euros💶... I will be returning back to the hotel later in the year ... Tunisian people very friendly from the heart.. all they require from you the customer... ( is to show respect ).....
