I enjoyed my stay in the Patong area, but I much prefer the beach at Kata. There is plenty to do at night especially if you enjoy live music. Had a great night at the Irish Bar opposite the beach. If you are looking for well priced authentic Thai food you have to venture away from the main area, otherwise I found it's more for the tourist. I was lucky enough to spend time with a local to show me around & get to experience the real thing.

Its probably only once or twice during your travels that you stay at a hotel that just makes you go “wow this is just awesome I love it here and don’t ever want to leave” Patong Heights is one such place No airs no graces they just deliver what you want when you want it It all starts with the people - you will not find find better people in any other hotel - don’t care if you at the Ritz Carlton reading this - the guys at Patong Heights are better and make you feel really really welcome 🙏 Jeff and Vivien Sa and Phuw and Zor - et al keep on doing what you’re doing cos you’re doing great - one example is how they kept me the same table every night without asking as they knew I liked it The rooms are excellent Food is excellent The view is excellent It’s a little out ot town up the hill which some people have commented on but its only like a £4 or $5 taxi fare plus they have a shuttle bus 4 times a day to and from town Do go just to enjoy Patong and see for yourselves that these guys are awesome You deserve to stay here and experience this I hope I will again soonIanQatar - 8.0Scored 8.0

Very lively and animated beach. Tons of water activities to choose from. Have a large variety of restaurants, pubs and not to mention the famous Bangla Road - known for it's night life. Not to miss the "Kan's haus cafe and bistro" for its delicious food.

Room, facilities, food and service was brilliant. We loved the privacy of our pool access room at the end of the row. We thoroughly recommend and will be returning October/November. The pool was crystal clear and perfect. A perfect laid back haven in the midst of all the chaos of Patong. Location was exceptional and able to walk Bangala Road, across the road from the beach. Well, its famous for all the reasons most people know, fantastic clean beach, Bangla road area nightlife, good shops, huge shopping centre and much more. But there are lots more things to do and visit nearby such as Karon, kata or one of the many temples, elephant sanctuaries, ( the jungle elephant sanctuary is probably the best out of all of them), street food in the evenings and a multitude of trips and excursions.

Staff are so friendly and helpful. There is a good tourism agency disk next to reception in which you can book any activity in Phuket. There is a spa inside the hotel which is amazing and luxurious, very excellent therapists and amazing vibes. I’d choose this hotel next time for sure!
