Our room was very clean, the location is a short walk to attractions, there is a bus station across the road from the hotel to the right you can get the no.61 bus to and from the airport, This bus drops you directly to arrivals/ departures, the public transport system is very cheap. The breakfast was very nice, they had something for everyone. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Nice atmosphere in the hotel.

Charming and compact Bratislava is the world’s only capital city bordering 2 countries – Austria and Hungary, all watered by the beautiful River Danube. South is the modern city and a peaceful forest, but the real Bratislava attractions are over Novy most (New Bridge), an impressive structure with an UFO-like pylon. The castle on a rock overlooking the Old Town offers the best views of it. The rock itself contains a Jewish cemetery and a literally underground club.
Opposite is St Martin’s Cathedral, coronation site of past Hungarian kings. The cobbled streets behind are lined with outdoor restaurants and bars. The city’s speciality is treska, a cold cod salad, washed down with white wine from the nearby Small Carpathian mountains.
The main square is Hlavne namestie, home to pastel-coloured buildings, a 14th-century town hall housing the city museum, and the Bratislava Christmas markets. Hodzovo namestie square features the Peace Earth sculpture and Baroque Grassalkovich Palace, the presidential residence guarded by the Slovak National Guard. Across the park is the Archiepiscopal Palace, seat of the government. All around are many Bratislava hotels, B&Bs and apartments available on Booking.com.

Friendliest, most heplful city I've ever been to - but this may (or may not) be due to it being early in the season.
We arrived Saturday night and left Tuesday morning. Many things are closed on Monday which meant we missed out on the Danube boat trip we had been hoping to take.

The hill top and views of the Danube river ware amazing.
The hill top and views of the Danube river ware amazing. The down is small and perfect for people who enjoy walkable destinations. I definitely didn't like the food. We visited two restaurants but at both places it just wasn't cooked properly. That is not my experience in the neighboring Vienna.

Just spent a few days in Bratislava with some friends. The old town and Castle are easy to get around. We hired a bike and went across the river where you can cycle the Danube all the way to Germany if you choose. Food was lovely and all delicacies were covered. There are some fantastic shopping centers just off old town with all the brands you'd expect plus some Slovakian ones. Bratislava is definitely a must see.

A Memorable Journey in Bratislava: Embracing Culture and...
A Memorable Journey in Bratislava: Embracing Culture and Spirituality
My first venture into Bratislava, Eastern Europe, as a woman of African descent, was met with both excitement and uncertainty. However, the city's warm hospitality exceeded my expectations, enveloping me in kindness throughout my stay.
Bratislava's old town, with its cobblestone streets and historic landmarks like the enchanting Blue Church, offered a captivating glimpse into the city's rich cultural heritage. Amidst this picturesque backdrop, MonDieu café became a cherished retreat, fostering moments of reflection and connection.
Exploring the city's vibrant culture, I was captivated by the soul-stirring melodies of folk music and the bustling atmosphere of outdoor grill places. Yet, it was the genuine warmth of the locals, from hotel staff to taxi drivers, that truly made Bratislava feel like home.
Despite the long train journey from Geneva, Switzerland, every moment in Bratislava was filled with wonder and delight. Moreover, my experience was deepened by attending the Festival ZIVOTA, led by Pastor Adeboye. His profound words and the collective worship experience reminded me of the universality of faith and the beauty of communal worship.
The Festival ZIVOTA not only enriched my spiritual journey but also served as a powerful reminder of the bonds shared among believers, transcending cultural differences. Bratislava's charm, coupled with the spiritual nourishment of the festival, left an enduring impression on my heart, making it a destination I wholeheartedly recommend.
I really enjoyed the location of the hotel, nice and central to Bratislava, with easy access to the old town and to the castle, along with this the rooms are very nice, spacious and comfy with a very nice bathroom. The staff as well were very helpful and friendly, the reception staff were great at helping me find my way about and answering questions, further to this the staff at the bar were a joy to talk to, polite and fun to interact with, and the food as well at the hotel was top notch.
Loved this hotel. It had a real sense of faded grandeur and the film theme just added to the character of the place. We got a very large room at the front of the hotel which was airy and light. Staff were very pleasant and breakfast was good. Was in a quiet street, just 20 minutes walk from the main station, and about 10 minutes walk from the old town. Lots of good bars within 5 minutes walking distance. Really enjoyed staying here and would definitely return if we visit Bratislava again
Beautiful hotel in the old town of Bratislava. Calm yet central street. Very friendly staff, the check in and checkout were fast and clear.
A room might be slightly outdated (like old telephone and slight ware out in bathroom) but it gives a charm vibe, beautiful decor. The bad and pillows were very comfortable. Nice lighting in the bathroom.
There is enough variety for breakfast, including champagne. The room was always well cleaned.
The location of this hotel is superb right in the heart of Bratislava old town. The building is stunning and our superior rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast offered great choice and was well worth it. A highlight of our stay were the staff and service of the Mirror bar. I’d also like to thank the receptionist who delivered a complimentary bottle of wine to our room for my birthday.
Great hostel in Bratislava Old Town. Set on a hill. Room was good size with 3 single beds split across 2 areas plus ensuite bathroom which was dated but clean and fully functional.
Great access with keycode/fob entry. Felt safe at all times. Nice airy communal areas. Good little shops and mini supermarket nearby. Pleasant 5-10 minute walk into city centre. Close to old city walls and castle.
It’s an amazing hotel with friendly stuff. Rooms are clean everything was included.
In room were first aids coffee tea.
Location is perfect very close to old town.
I really recommend this hotel. If I had chance to go Bratislava I would choose this hotel.
Breakfast was tasty not so many choice but everything had good quality.
Stuff was friendly and speak English very well
The hotel has a good location, very close to the old town centre but also central to other areas of the city plus not far from the train station where we arrived and left Bratislava. The breakfast was very good and had lots of choice. it was busy there as it was a holiday weekend however staff kept the breakfast well stocked. Our room was a good size and clean.
Very local to all the sites and the old town. It's very basic but it's functional. Ok for a place to lay your head at night.
Breakfast was in a little cafe around the corner. Staff were great in the cafe. Breakfast was the same most mornings.
Room was very clean with plenty of towels and stuff.
Reception was in a hotel around the corner with friendly staff.
This is a lovely family owned hotel in the Old Town in Bratislava. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, excellent buffet breakfast available from 7.30am - 10am and a very good restaurant attached to the hotel. For a convenient and comfortable base for exploring the city, I could not have asked for anything better.
Apartment is fully equipped with anything needed and close to any shop needed. Apartment is close to city centre and old town. Restaurants, groceries, pharmacies are close by and everything is walking distance. Super clean apartment and super fast internet.
Thank you so much for your hospitality
Great location (in the "heart" of city centre / Old Town)
Spacey living room
Large couch
Smart TV (could be bigger though)
2 proper private bedrooms
1 bedroom in a living room
2 bathrooms (1 downstairs, one upstairs)
Pretty quiet for an apartment in city centre
The hotel is positioned just by the old town Bratislava, walking distance from all the major sites and pubs and restaurants. Clean and modern with a nice area to have a morning coffee. Also quite during the night so one can rest after walking around the city!
I have been visiting this beautiful Hotel for the Last 10 years, as I always say the Best Hotel in Bratislava.
Breakfast, Spa and Rooms are 5 Star. Location can't ask for more
Special thanks to all the staff very professional keep it up :)
It was right in the heart of Bratislava old town but lovely and quiet and a very good breakfast to start the day. Staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Would certainly recommend this charming hotel.
Lovely hotel in the Old Town of Bratislava, right in the Centre. Very pretty historical city - it's worth taking a walk around the city walls and exploring all the beautiful architecture and bustling town squares.
The apartment was in a very convenient location. It was inside the old town of Bratislava so we didn't need to commute at all when we went for sightseeing. Everything was just within walking distance.
A very nice hotel in a very good location near the Old Town of Bratislava. Very clean, 24/7 reception, reasonable price, only 5 minutes walk from the bus I needed to take each day.
