Amazing location, incredible views, the mountain air was so clear and fresh !! I struggle with asthma and my breathing has never been as clear as it was during this stay. Lovely breakfast, not many vegan or vegetarian options though.

The views on road the to "Lacul Rosu" is amazing. Too bad that the quality of the road is quite poor. The "Bicaz dam" could also be a nice place, but unfortunately, you can see a lot of garbage in the water. It's such a pity that people do this.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The service was great! Gabi, who was at the reception and also restaurant, is so lovely! Very simpathetic, and gave us many tips about what to visit on the surroundings. The location is perfect in my opinion, because its between the way of 2 main locations to visit, Cheile Bicazului - Red Lake/ Piatra Neamt city. We'll definitively be back. :)

The food menu is not big but the food that they serve is very good. The view is amazing. I've booked hotel rooms not chalets but it was better because the rooms are bigger and also the bathrooms. Rooms and restaurant are very clean. The complex has it's own parking spaces near the hotel so you don't have to worry for your car. I highly recommend complex adora.Scarlat MariusRomania

The room was well sized and the bed was comfortable. The view is beautiful and the location is relaxing. I also enjoyed eating mămăligă with steak for dinner. I stayed during winter I am not aware of how the experience is during the other seasons but I would love to come back during autumn too.

Still a nice waiter still helped us take our luggage up the stairs from there. We stayed on the blue moon night and I am sure we had the best room in the hotel 304.
