The breakfast was very nice. The staff was nice and helpful. There were nice restaurants options in the close vicinity. The room was spacious and clean. Located within 10 mins walk from the historic city center.

Excellent location, great room with a good view of the city. Supermarket literally in the same building as the hotel, train station across the street and a city bus terminal next to the hotel. Comfortable beds and chairs, air conditioning and an excellent bathroom. Free drinking water from the machine in the hallway and an amazing breakfast spread. Staff were super helpful with storing our luggage before check-in and after check-out, and with transportation and restaurant suggestions.

Fabulous customer service. Before our arrival it was confirmed that there was secure luggage storage. As such we expected to use this in anticipation of arriving in Wroclaw ahead of check in time. Upon our arrival however, we were able to check in earlier without charge as our room was ready.
Upon leaving we did use the luggage storage facilities with the help of the friendly reception staff.

What I really liked is location that is perfect for reaching by walking some of key attractions. Additionally, overall services in the Hotel are just excellent. Staff at the reception were very helpful and service in the restaurant very helpful.
