I was having trouble with my arthritic knees and was given an accessible friendly room which was perfect. Bed was comfortable, air conditioning excellent and best of all I had some English channels on the tv. After traveling for months in SE Asia, that was truly a bonus! There was a nearby mall with food options & a grocery store. Staff was very friendly and professional. Wish I had stayed longer.

My disabled walking cane was stolen, and they did not help me out to find out who stole it. They said that they would review the Camera video but 6 days the never did. I already paid my room online but since I wanted to check in early A&A Plaza Hotel Charge my 2,362 peso and told me that the money I paid would be refunded to within 3 days and never did. I am still waiting for my refund and for my disabled walking cane that got stolen at A&A Plaza Hotel. The receptions told me that everything is my fault and that is wrong. The Manager there does not do there job and should be fired. I was suppose to have safety box to put away my sensitive document but was not provide and there is a big not that they are not responsible for anything stolen but they are not providing the safety measure and they are still responsible. The Breakfast was terrible? I have my child with me and they expect my child to drink coffee! Worst hotel ever! I will add photos later if i can
