The hotel staff were extremely cooperative, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Initially, we were given a room with stairs, but upon expressing our desire for a better room, the receptionist cooperated despite the lack of available rooms. The attention to our request was evident, and after one night, we were informed of a room availability and smoothly transitioned. We lodged two complaints over the phone, one regarding noise from another room and another about suspicious people at the hotel entrance, and in both cases, the response was prompt. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm, comfortable, and family-friendly. The location is great. We will be visiting Amsterdam this summer, and I will stay at Radisson without hesitation.

The hotel is located in a good location, in 2-3 stops you are in the central square of the city. There are two different metro stations on either side of the hotel, about 200-300 meters away, and getting around the city is easy. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, has a bar and restaurant on the top floor (with a nice view). We liked it very much.

Rho is on the edge of Dam Square, half a mile from Amsterdam Central Train Station. It has free Wi-Fi and the lobby is an impressive Art Deco-style former theater.

Very centrally located, walking distance to museums, Central Station, Dam Square and Palace around the corner, very convenient. Super friendly staff. Free coffee in the lobby was a plus.

Breakfast had an amazing selection. The coffee was excellent! The bed was very comfortable for us, and we loved the outer window closures that allowed us to darken the room to our liking. We are glad we paid a little more for our room to have the extra space for the bathroom area. The shower was nice and we relied on the provided soaps, shampoo and lotions. They do not have washcloths, only hand towels and bath towels. WiFi could be spotty at times. The room could have used a more thorough vacuuming. We would recommend this hotel and would book again/ stay at one of their other hotel locations.

I liked a lot the design of the hotel and rooms, it was spacious with enough light and big windows. The breakfast was great with a lot of choices and very tasty. the hotel was 3 min walk from metro and 3 station away from railway station. they serve complimentary water each day.

Location is so good, near the mainly points, near to Amsterdam Central and others facilities
