1. Location is great, next to Sloterdijk Station (just one stop to Central Station & interstate bus station (Flix, Blah Blah Car...) and there are shops/marts (SPAR) around.
2. Staffs are great and very helpful
3. Hotel and the staffs are generous with the facility. We need to keep breast milk frozen for our baby back home country and they are kind to store them in their big freezer.
4. They allow drop-off luggage before check-in and kept them later and pick them up way later at night to take my night bus.

Great location, friendly staff at check in, clean.
Hotel Estheréa is set along the Singel canal in the center of Amsterdam, only 984 feet from Dam Square. This hotel is in a quiet area and benefits from classically-styled decor with wooden paneling.
Well located in the Oud Zuid district of Amsterdam, The Alfred Hotel is located a 11-minute walk from Vondelpark, 0.6 miles from Van Gogh Museum and a 13-minute walk from Moco Museum.

Location was fairly good.
Bathroom was clean and functioning well. Bed was comfortable.
Everything is outdated and looks tired. Needs a spruce up for the price being charged. To charge for Linen and then provide torn sheets. No towels. Dirty and broken shower. Narrow uncomfortable beds...the list goes on.. Just not a nice experience overall and regret booking this place

There is not much at all in Halfweg town in terms of bars and restaurants, but it is easy to jump on the train to Harleem, Zandvoort or Amsterdam Central. Droompark is nice, I really loved the greenery, the woods, lakes and the peacefulness of the park and I would stay again.

Halfweg itself is a small village, with not much to it.
Halfweg itself is a small village, with not much to it. The location is literally halfway between Haarlem and Amsterdam though and the surroundings are nice for cycling and walking. The location close to Schiphol is convenient, but also source of lots of noise pollution from the planes.

Stayed here whilst on a work trip in Amsterdam and loved the relaxed vibe at the end of each day. Plus we could park our van beside the accommodation. Only a 15 minute walk to the train station which went regularly into Amsterdam Central and Haarlem.
Clean amd comfortable room (located in the new building). Large enough for two people.
Super nice staff. Simple but good breakfast. Good location to visit a.o. Amsterdam. Free parking.
Stairs maybe difficult for some people with issues. However, staff was kind and carried my bag makingvthe stars easier to take.
During workingsdays mostly constructionworkers were staying as guests. Alltogether, staff, visitors, bar, restaurant, and the quite room created a homey feeling and a nice stay in balance with price.
This hotel is perfect for those who needs to spend a night in Amsterdam but doesn’t need that the hotel is located in the city center.
Perfect for drivers because of a good parking.
Extremely friendly hosts!
Thanks a lot to the person who helped us with our dinner 🙏🏻 (by a mistake, we bought some stuff that needs to be cooked at the supermarket, but we got a friendly help at the hotel).
Also the room was warm and clean, and the bed is comfortable to sleep 👍
The staff was really nice,we arrived at the hotel at 11am and was just supposed to leave our things there and come back at 3pm(since the check-in time is at 3) but the woman at the reception allowed us to check-in early, what I also like about the hotel is the cleanliness, our room was always clean everytime we come back and they changed the beddings everyday☺️
Chalets are large and spacious with a good size bathroom and shower. Restaurant on site is very good, Sophia's Italian, and also a good take away service with 'Crazy Fries'. Close to the railway station with free parking, Halfweg-Zwanenburg, only 2 minutes by car and the journey to central station is 10 minutes with a train every 20 minutes.
The location was perfect for visiting Amsterdam, Haarlem, and Keukenhof. The house is styled nicely, with a modern layout and decor. Loved the space - huge yard, kitchen, living space was perfect for our party of 8! Kitchen was stocked with dishes and utensils. Pool was great!!! Nice and warm on a chilly spring day!
Walkable distance from the train, even with luggage. The facilities were good and met our needs. It was very relaxing on the lake and still easy to get into the centre of Amsterdam within 15 minutes on the train. The nearby outlet mall within walking distance was fantastic. Bike hire service was good value.
we had to take another hotel for the first day because this property had only early check in ,t'ill 1500pm,we landed around 1800pm , their option for late check in was to pay 500euro deposit that should be refunded 14 days
nice woods and forestst around the property
Clean room. On-site restaurant is very good. Love the view from the room, overlooking a pond with lots of ducks. The park in situated between Amsterdam and Haarlem and either is easily reachable from the Halfweg train station, about a 20 minute walk from the park.
The hotel manager was extremely friendly and explained very well how to get into the centre of Amsterdam. She was also flexible with check in and check out times. The hotel was very clean and silent. There is a large private parking place available.
I loved every inch of this hotel. Very cozy, calm place, a very pretty little city. I highly suggest who are going to Amsterdam to stay there. it’s cheaper, next to the train station, next to a Lidl (buy cheap market things). Was perfect
Cosy room with just what you need when traveling light in a calm place with a supermarket and a bakery about 10mn away on foot and a bus and tram station in front. It's also 20min tops away from Amsterdam by car.
This hotel is very clean.Staff was very friendly. Good conection with Amsterdam, bus stop is directly in front of the hotel. Beds are very comfortable. Big parking, we could leave the car on the next day too.
