There were a misunderstanding on the booking room as I had booked for 1 king club and 1 bedroom apartment, as I had call earlier for a smooth arrangement and been informed that those rooms was not at the same category and I been offered of upgrading king club room to one bedroom apartment for me to get side by side of another booking room. When I reached at 5pm and the receptionist informed that there is only 1 room for one bedroom apartment for each floor hence I would not get side by side room, it was quite a tense situation and I request to talk to the duty manager, I would want to thanks to Ms. Katty for her prompt response and ability to solve my issue to arrange one bedroom apartment and a connecting for me and my family conveniences. Again those rooms was not ready at 5pm plus but she gave us a temporally rooms for fresh up as I have my mum with me along. It was quite fast not even half an hour later both rooms are ready as she had monitored it closely for guest comfortable stay at Jen ShangriLa. Thank you for making our 3D2N memorable and best stay ever at ShangriLa chain.

Everything is great!! Nothing much to complain. From the moment we entered the property, the staffs are all very welcoming. And they made sure my cakes delivered to the hotel were kept safely till we are back to pick up. Rooms are huge & clean with a fantastic sea view. Love the breakfast! Pretty good selection to choose from & they do change some of the buffet items daily. Quality is good. We also ordered room service twice & the satay is good!
