ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING! From the time we arrived, we were welcomed by warm smiles and amazing hospitality. Upon arrival, we were given refresher towels and thereafter, a beautiful welcome drink. The staff are exceptional and are helpful in so many ways.
Lets start with the room. The room was amazing. Stunning, modern and neat and had amazing views overlooking the outside pool.
Our daughter loved the kids club house. They had amazing and stimulating activities for kids. The club house staff were professional and so caring. This made us feel so at ease whenever we were without our daughter. We had the sense of comfort that she was in safe hands and she would always come back to tell us how much fun they had. I cannot express enough how amazing they were.
Let's talk about the food. They have various restaurants available but we mostly ate at La Citro Nelle. The food here was exceptional. Not only were there a variety of different foods to choose from, but everything was fresh and tasty. Plenty of amazing desserts to choose from! The service of the restaurant staff were also amazing!
Lastly, some general aspects of the resort. The views are absolutely mesmerizing. From the walks to the pools, to the beach or to the restaurants, you will be completely in awe by the beauty of it all. Everything is clean, neat, organized and beautifully placed.
We will definitely go back.

The staff. They are what makes this place. Most were very very nice , friendly and helpful.

The bars and restaurants were very nice and entertainment was quite good at night
Pool at papaya is very nice.
Also I would like to give Sarita from the social restaurant at breakfast a mention, she went above and beyond and was always helpful and smiling.

Very welcoming staff, exceptional client service, very high standards for everything.
Lovely place with decent size (not too crowded). It was perfect with our 5m baby as well as the hotel prepared food for her as well (baby smashed food). For adults, the 3 restaurants offer very good food with a large choice.
To note: it is quiet at night, nice bands singing but ending early (not a place to party! Which was perfect for us).
We may come back again as really enjoyed every moment. Didnt have to wait to play tennis, nor for water sports which is great. The rooms are big with lots of space in the dressing. The beach and pools are very nice. A little paradise!
Cherry on the cake, our room was ready wheb we arrived quite early, and we could have a late check out which was highly appreciable.
