The location and the view over the woods and the hills is fantastic. The rooms have a special layout, very roomy and different from standard hotel rooms. In the forest on top of the hill (15 minute walk) there is a small basic zoo, very nice for children. The staff helped us out by storing our racing bike safely in the basement.

Great place to stay. Quiet, clean, very central and an amazing breakfast! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Near everything in Esch, yet located in a quiet street. Recommend to stay here for sure.

There were local establishments within close proximity for eating and socializing. There is also a super market in town for the nights if you want to stay in. The old Steel factory is a cool sight to see; fully rejuvenated to fit within the community to embrace its past glory days of processing & manufacturing Steel. Public transportation is available but was not feasible for direction I needed to go. I was very dependent on a local friend to get me around the area. There is a large parking garage below the Del Haize grocery store for those that bring or rent an automobile.

Esch/Alzette is a former main city of the Luxembourg steel industry in the 1960/1970. In 2022, Esch/Alzette is one of three <Culture City of Europe>. Unfortunately, the decline and decadence since the steel industry crises in the 1980 is visible. The local public authorities didn't manage to change this trend and to upswing the city to new glory.

Esch sur Alzette is a city which has a little centre and shopping streets and some nice restaurants. We were there with our car. It is difficult to find a parking space there. we stayed here for two night to see the culture of iron industry. Belval, the blast furnace, is not that impressive as we thought. The city is an alumnus mine area and not an touristy place. I like that because I grow up in an area like this. But It`s not the typical place for person who likes sightseeing. It is better to speak French there. But I can advocate the escher deierepark and the science centre. The science Centre is a museum where you can all the experiments do by your own. Also appropriate for kids. I like the Lecture of Fluids.

Fabulous location for a view over the city and adjacent forest. Lots of birds and animal noises... really very secluded. The photos do not do this hotel justice... I'm very particular and it was faultless! The exterior is smaller than it appears in the images, and more rustic, and the room we had was beautifully appointed. We ate at the casual dining area and the tapas were fabulous as was the breakfast!! Great service and an overall wonderful experience!
Not much really, although staff were very friendly and helpful.
cleanliness is not up to standard, discomfortable odour inside hotel and room, double bed was 2 single put together with a hard middle, apparently hotel has NO double beds despite requesting it.
Carpet on floors to rooms very dirty, full of stains, in room, floor stained, bad odour, bathroom tiles really dirty.
We did not use the shower due to this lack of cleanness.
A very enjoyable stay. Charming owner, beautifully designed room, very clean, quiet and comfortable. Very nice balcony with table and chairs. The hotel is located right above a great Italian restaurant that serves delicious food. The sword fish with thin slices of zucchini and eggplant was incredibly tasty. There is a large supermarket right next to it. Close to the public transport: buses in Luxembourg are free of charge!
great breakfast, nice watching people hurring to work, as the hostel is right next to the train station. It is spotless clean, modern, almost like a hotel. Interesting view onto the passarelle and traintracks, yet incredibly quiet - at least no noise from the outside.
Clean, modern and spacious studio with plenty of cooking facilities provided, along with a courtesy tray with tea and coffee.
Welcoming staff.
Convenient location a few steps from a bus stop and Belval Plaza shopping centre.
Good Wi-Fi, TV channels and breakfast.
The staff was great and responded quickly and warmly to all my requests. The breakfast was amazing. Imagine yoghurt with nuts and fresh berries everyday. The hotel is not far from the train station and it's a stone's throw away from the big shopping street.
The hotel is basic and has everything we need in there. We booked it for 1 night to travel to the rockhal for a gig, and it serves the purpose. We also had breakfast in the hotel, it was ok.
Modern, well appointed, clean apartment. Very close to Alzette shopping district. Competitively priced to make it an attractive alternative to a hotel/apartment up in Luxembourg City.
-Breakfast was excellent.
-Late leaving 12.00pm.
-Nice shower.
-Easy to get from Airport by Bus and train. Dont hire car .Seve money .
-Quite room.
-New hotel .
Room was very big with an excellent desk for working, and big closet + place for suitcases. Few minutes walking from Esch-sur-Alzette's central station.
