It was a very spacious 2 floor house. The facilities were complete and great. Very close to bus stop. It was clean. It has a nice backyard to spend time with beautiful view. We had a very nice convinient stay.

The staff was excellent! Jas went above and beyond to help me and when I had difficulty understanding how the AC worked, he came over right away to explain it to me. The location is very good and the unit itself was wonderful, especially the private bath on the baloncy.

We stayed here two nights. The hotel is not new. The men at the front desk as very business like, but we enjoyed our stay. The beds in our room were on tatami mats on the floor, which we were aware when we booked. We had some extra mattress pads in the closet, so we doubled them and they were very comfortable. Room was clean. Bathroom was basic. View of the lake was great. Each room has an individual thermostat. (We turned ours way down and had a window open in April.) Two chairs in the room. No modern extras, like a coffee maker or lights for the bed area which you can dim. BREAKFAST. The breakfast alone makes this hotel worth the trip. Traditional Japanese breakfast served as a traditional Japanese breakfast. Two hot pots plus. VERY friendly women who obviously take great pride in the breakfast service. Great location on the lake. Convenient for hiking and biking.

The room itself was a very comfortable size. Great bathroom. My room was right next to the breakfast area which was very convenient in the morning. Even though the room was separate from the main hotel, it was not an issue at all. The staff walked us over to our room and got us settled in.
