The area that the hotel is located is underdeveloped. The guest were a little young and immature. The food options were not great and the food lacked quality. The staff were EXTRAORDINARY and made the trip delightful. I would not stay here again

Georgetta Virgo, the Onduty Manager was nothing less than Exceptional and Phenomenal as she greeted us and made sure our stay was to our liking. Absolutely the best service I've seen in any resorts I've been, and that has been quite a few. She and shevon helped us get acquainted with the setup and activities, which was so kind. Definitely was the highlight of the trip, not to mention the BEAUTIFUL views at this Resort and versatility of fun activities and shows. The romantic dinner and live Bob Marley tribute show was fantastic as suggested by Georgetta, who has been the absolute best👌. Everything was great, and I'll definitely be going back.

The awful disgusting smell of the fridge that made the entire so-called suite unbearable. Standing water in the bathroom stinks! Asking for every little thing that should have been there is unreal. I stayed at an airbnb in ocho rios and when I got to this location and smelled this place and was uncomfortable I called them to see if that place was still available for me. I would have gone back in a heartbeat instead of being at this disgusting place.
