The location is excellent - close to Rialto - in a rather popular place with busy and energetic environment (in a positive way). The Vaporato station is St Silvestro which is just a stone throw away. There is a Tragetto station at the MARCETTO. it helps to avoid the foul on the Rialto bridge when you just need to across the rive.
Hotel is modern and clean. The room cleaning is efficient.

The location was near a vaporetto stop and the Rialto Bridge.
The garden was quiet and a lovely place to sit and relax with food and a red wine.
Balcony on the second level overlooked the Grand Canal.
