The host was very friendly and accommodating. We ended up arriving really late but found the place easily. Everything was very clean, it was my father in laws bday and it was a nice surprise to find a champagne waiting for us as well as fresh water. Breakfast was good and best value for your money! The one bedroom bed weights you down to the centre but overall nothing bad to say about the stay! Jessica was very communicative! She also included a crib for no cost which was very nice!

This is a lovely place. The design of the building with its huge central atrium is a bit odd but it is well maintained and everything seems updated. The room was lovely and good-sized. The grounds are amazing and the tunnel to the pool and lounge area is intriguing. We had easy access up to Taormina by the free van. The restaurant is pricey but the food and service were fine (small Euro portions). In all this was a lovely stay.

Tucked into rocks and mountains, Splendid overlooks the Ionian Sea and the Calabrian coast, a short walk from Taormina’s picturesque town centre and 3-minute walk from Corso Umberto main street.

Hotel is in an excellent location, only 100m from the entrance to the town centre. The view from the balcony, and other hotel areas such as the pool area and breakfast room, is stunning. Small, but lovely pool area with bar. Bright, airy breakfast room with an excellent buffet. Good car parking arrangement which is essential in Taormina - car collected and returned for 20 euro per night.

Located at Taormina Mare, the hotel offers an enchanting view over the Bay of Naxos and Cape Taormina; a magnificent panorama that can be admired from each of the guestrooms and from the restaurant.

Wonderful hotel perfectly located in beautiful Taormina. The Sky Bar terrace was so lovely to enjoy an afternoon aperitif with amazing views.. especially with Mt Etna to the side. Breakfast also served from the terrace was plentiful (for an Italian breakfast!) and delicious.

This is a fantastic location for a stay in the heart of Taormina. Having the swimming pool in the centre of town is a real bonus. The staff were very helpful.
