The location was great and I did not expect a lot considered the low price. However the mattress was very old and the room was quite dark. Overall not a great experience.

Really bad place. It looks worse than in the pictures, the mattress is very old and deteriorated. There are spider webs, the kitchen utensils are not clean, there are ants everywhere, there is a hairdryer in the washroom but nowhere to plug it, and overall there are very few sockets. There is no private parking as advertised and when you ask about it Cristina tells you she is just an employee even tho her name is in the company name in the invoice. One of the worst accommodations I have ever stayed in.
Situated in Rho, 3.7 km from Rho Fiera Metro Station and 4.7 km from Rho Fiera Milano, Appartamento Boutique features air-conditioned accommodation with a patio and free WiFi.

Easily confused with 'Rho Fierra' which is an area with an international exhibition centre and direct access to the Milan Metro system. This review is about Rho, which is about 4km from there (1 stop on the Trenord regional train and not on the Metro). It's a small town with some shops and cafes but not really a tourist venue. It's a suburb of Milan but is a very comfortable place to stay if you need to be in the area. There is a little interest in the Church and town hall. We stayed at the Italiana Hotels Milan Rho Fair which is close to the railway station.

If you really want to be next to the Rho train station,...
If you really want to be next to the Rho train station, giivng access to places OUTSIDE of Milan, Rho is a good location.
But if you really want to use the Metro to get into Milan city centre itself, or even to be near ti Rho expo site, this is not the place to be.
Rho itself if okay - we had a good meal at Pizza restaurant 69(?) - but doesn't have a lot of attractions.

We only went there for the EICMA 2019, but the location is very good. Only one train station away from Rho - Fieramilano and it allowed us to get very easilly by train or metro, to the center of Milan. Near the train station, there is a lot of bus stops, which allows you to travel very easilly around the area. There was a good restaurant near the station, Trattoria Zanini, but it is very busy at the normal meal time, we advice to get there a bit early to avoid rush hours.

Nice & quiet a-bit of a nightmare to get to if the trains go on strike Uber’s have really gone up with price over the years in Milan you save so much using the overground train then Metro to central Milano. Found some good cheap restaurants though not like when you go to central everything is overpriced and small portions they even charge you for bread you didn’t ask for . I liked Rho overall but would prefer to stay a bit closer to central only because of Fashion Week it really depends on your visit .

There for MICAM shoe exhibition and expected hotel to be nearer the exhibition site than it was, but this was made easier by a bus shuttle service. Didn't realise RHO was a town - thought it was an abbreviation of something to do with the exhibition site (sorry Rho!)

A very interesting find for accommodations in Rho, Milano,...
A very interesting find for accommodations in Rho, Milano, Italy. A first impressions may have you thinking this was a mistake - IT ISN'T! Location is at the end of a dead end street, but within walking distance of the center of town and many eating establishments (the closest a short 250 mtr walk/5 min.). A bright yellow fluorescent building leads you to the front gate of the accommodations; however, you must check in via phone or by ringing the door bell at the front of the "house!" The on-site manager will provide the keys and an introductory tour of the facilities. It appears they only have two double bed rooms on the lower floor of the "back" building. Very private and relaxing (there's an outside garden tent with table and chairs to enjoy the environment). My room was quite large with a double bed, desk, but NO Chair/stool, refrigerator, fan and a heating/cooling apparatus. WiFi was SUPER once we got it going! The bathroom was long and slender, but had all essentials. The shower was great, but due to low quality materials used in the renovation, the fake tile at the lower wall was starting to separate from the wall. The large window had curtains, double pane glass and the ever lovable rolladens (roll down/up shades on the window). I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the host was very nice. (It helps if you can understand and/or speak Italian.)
It is a 3 STAR HOTEL IN A CONVIENT LOCATION.
It is not perfect there is noise because it is next to a station. BUT IT IS VALUE FOR MONEY.
You need to be realistic and if you want better go 4 star and pay extra. Powerful internet in my recent stay there could receive whats app calls at the station and across the road at the street cafe.
The social media comments on this place were negative in my opinion and they were not realistic.
If you want better go 4 star.
To me it was great value for money as a 3 star.
Cheers.
If you are planning for Fiera Milano.. I think this is the best option... bus was at foor step and charging 2 Euro per person and dropped us to the Fiera Milano Expo and from Feira Mlano same bus dropped us to the hotel gate... distance from Fiera is almost 3 KM , by bus with in 3 minutes we are at Fiera. Also Rho train station is 8 minutes walk from this location.
Breakfast was very good and varied.
The room was quite big and had a nice view over Milano in the distance.
Hotel is 15 minutes away from the metro line.
Hotel has parking but it is payed. You enter the parking lot and take the parking ticket. When checking out ask at the hotel for a discount. The price is quite good.
The room was very clean.
The apartment was very clean, newly decorated, excellent facilities and amenities as you would expect to find in a top hotel. Lovely touch and surprise that a selection of drinks and snacks were included. Communication with Deborah was superb and she was very helpful. Very near lovely street with shops, bakery and restaurants.
funny to see 4* category of this hotel, owners are definitely have good sense of humor.
From good I would admit that it was not so difficult to find the hotel, even if it stays in the middle of nowhere.
Room price include breakfast, pls do not build any expectations to it just enjoy what is available)
Amazing stay, very comfortable bed, great assortment of free snacks, very nice bathroom with quality soap, shampoo and conditioner, easy free parking 1 minute walk away, very secure building, super easy check in, great communication from host. Will stay again 100%
The location is great. I came by car and parking was slightly difficult sometimes but doanble for sure. The place was very clean and the view was great. My apartment had AC which was really great. Public transport is less than 10 minutes away for if you need it.
This is a very newly equipped facility - and they did it right, thumbs up for that. Friendly communication with the hosts. And the location - really close to Rho fiera, easy for taking the car. And for food and drinks - visit "Ristorante Pizzeria Il Vicolo"! :)
The location was perfect for my purposes. The staff were extremely helpful especially with me being unable to speak Italian.
The breakfast! Well the breakfast was probably one of, if not the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had. Superb!!
The host helped to solve problems immediately when we notified.
The location is very convenient for Fiera Rho, it's walking distance from the train station, and there is a grocery store next door.
Quiet residential area, value for price.
Perfect for my 4 day visit with my relatives--clean, quiet and close to Rho's central district if I wanted breakfast, shop or just stroll up the car-free street and be part of the Rho crowd. Easy walk to train station, too.
Everything is very clean, great hosts guys. Very close to Rho Fierra. Good wifi, comfortable bed, always had enough hot water for 4 x people. Very comfortable living conditions.
I liked the close proximity to the train station and the charming small town atmosphere. The staff were friendly. I also liked the fact a supermarket was next door to the hotel.
Location is perfect. Very close to Rho's city center, and easy to get to other places. Sergio is a very polite host and helped us with everything we needed.
