Helpful hosts, good breakfast, very close to the bus stops leading either to downtown Mestre (worth it!) or to Venice. Great sound treat during a heavy rainfall, lying on the top floor under the (metal?) roof

Room was a good size for us - we had a family room on 2nd floor. Pool area was good. There was easy access to Venice from the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful allowing us to leave our bags until check in time.
