Spacious and unique place! The owner is extremely friendly, helpful, flexible, and communicated clearly in English. The bathrooms and kitchen are in very good repair and the bedrooms are cozy. It's nice having a four-floor layout so we could all spread out or gather as desired. The town was very peaceful in late fall and there’s a bakery, grocery store, bar, and cafes within a 5 minute walk from the house.

The best ever accommodation during two weeks Italy round trip of our family. Thank you very much for making our Tuscany visit memorable. A cozy and modern suit room with a perfect view and loved the great openable window which makes the landscape viewpoint unique. Easy to find, and great location for Chianti region, Siena, views and windling roads! The hotel does not serve dinner, but the restaurant next door does, same parking. Easy parking in general, easy to load/unload and then park. Good breakfast. Not warm, but some fruit, yougurt etc. Rustic charm, photos a little styled compared to reality. Easy check in /out. Small fridge. Internet so so in room, better downstairs. Garden room was ok for traffic, there is a larger road close.. Overall a nice stay on route (2 nights).
