We were greeted by a happy receptionist, all the staff were pleasant and very helpful. Breakfast was good, with a good choice.
Situation of the hotel was excellent, easy to get to with their own car park.
Overall this was a great hotel and situated in the heart of Ferrara.

It is in a relativelly quiet place, so it was perfect in this regard. The 24h reception was the thing, based on which we decided, that we want to go there. The stuff was nice. Although the elevator didn't work at the time, that wasn't a big of an issue. We didn't take breakfast, but there was a bar to grab some coffee. That was nice. The room was comfy and relatively spacious.

The beds where really comfortable, the hotel room had all the necessities. The bathroom maybe was little a bit “out of date” but everything was really clean and without any signs of age. I recommend if you want to stay one night while you are heading somewhere. The breakfast was great, salty and sweet. We even had dinner “ a la carte” which was also good ( we paid 42 eur for 2 meals, water and glass of wine).

There is a big parking lot in front of the building, Tesla charger, you are able to rent e-bikes. The rooms are very clean and well equiped. Beds are very comfortable, bathroom was very big!!! The hotel deserves 10/10!!!
