We booked here for one night before we had to fly to the USA. The desk staff were incredibly busy but handled everyone very graciously. Our daughter and I had dinner in the restaurant and this was very good. The next morning the wonderful lady on the desk was able to find us earlier seats on the shuttle to the airport which helped soothe our anxieties about flight time.
