Quiet, off the beaten track, great hosts, felt like home. The place is a bit tricky to initially get to, but is most definitely worth it. Very calm, relaxing environment with great hosts. Amazing roaming countryside to see around the area by foot or car. Will definitely be stopping again here when back in the region.

The rooms, pool, hotel buildings and gardens are all beautiful. It was mostly peaceful except for the few large groups retuning from dinner for the evening who like the sound of their own voice.

The setting was beautiful. The view was so picturesque and we loved how tranquil the place was. It was lovely to only hear the birds. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. One criticism is on checkout the reception staff didn’t ask us if we enjoyed our stay or how everything was, I would have expected some interaction. They simply just took our payment and put labels on our suitcases which I personally felt didn’t reflect well on the property or customer service.

wonderfull position, in the middle of a pictural landscape. we had breakfast and dinner almost every day outside, enjoying good food and drinks and excellent service. quite easy to take a walk - shorter or longer, 5 minutes drive to Montespertoli, where we visited the wine fest and the city.

This is a hidden gem! So glad we found this. Filippo, Katia and their staff were so friendly and made us feel like family. This place is beautiful! You can tell they keep things up to date and work hard to maintain it. Food is amazing. We ate at the restaurant for 2 of our 3 nights. All home cooked meals. Katia and her staff always made sure we were satisfied. Rooms are clean
Beds were made daily. Bathrooms are all newly renovated. Would definitely stay here again. I would recommend everyone to try this Bed and Breakfast.
