Enjoyed the breakfast (homemade bread and jams, waffles too) and the view of sheep grazing in the fields. There was also a really cute white dog around the vicinity of the car park The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. There were 2 chairs, a small table, 2 small bedside tables with lamps and a sink in the room too.The guesthouse was situated on an expansive land with hot tubs, a living room area with a small library. There was a coffee machine with a variety of coffee to enjoy while you lounge on the sofa browsing the coffee table book.
This hotel is quietly situated 2 km from Lake Mývatn and 30 minutes’ drive from the Godafoss Waterfall and Krafla Crater. It offers free Wi-Fi and rooms with modern furnishings.

Best hotel with a view in ICELAND, we definitly recommend everyone to book the Delux KING suite as the Godafoss falls is visible from your room day and night, we stayed during full moon it was spectacular. And if you are lucky like us, you could catch Northern lights from your room.
Ms.Astrid was really helpful during our 3 day stay.

This was a cute little cottage. It is a bit older so the bathroom was not as modern as we would have liked, but very functional. The farm has a fantastic restaurant and provides an amazing breakfast. The area (Myvatn) was not our favourite, but thankful we stayed at the farm which helped our stay.
Very well run owner-owned guesthouse.
Cheerful staff and helpful
Dinner and breakfast excellent.
We had a good time
bathrooms were shared but didn't bother us.
about 10 minutes from Myvatn area

Nice getaway - quiet and cozy athmosphere.
Nice getaway - quiet and cozy athmosphere. Close to the main attractions at Myvatn. Great breakfast buffet. Restaurant offers little choices but what they have is good and homemade (f.ex lamb and trouts are home-breed).

Incredible experience.
Incredible experience. Only a short drive to Lake Myvatn but the location made it perfect for the Aurora. Quiet and peaceful. Lots to do within a short drive. We ate at the hotel and the food was incredible.
