The staff and the management of FabHotels are just the worst...
The staff and the management of FabHotels are just the worst.
Each and every employee of this management is of different opinion.
And there is no customer support. It's simply implied that the customer is never right and the staff is.
The traveller is complaining about things and the management replies with that the staff was very accomodating and helpful whereas the people who travelled there to stay are just wrong about the things they complain.
So, I would recommend never to book any hotel which is managed by FabHotels and especially in Kolkata.

There was nothing good.FabImperio Kolkata at Karaya road are scammers. The people at the reception as well as management are fraud. They denied us for checkin at the hotel even after on a confirmed booking with payment done. I am not sure how Booking.com caters for these type of cheats. Totally unacceptable.

Nasty people at New diamond palace, avoid at any cost, I had booked the room and contacted the hotel for a request for early check in they said they would try ,I requested atleast let me keep the luggage and freshen up to attend the visa interview at 9.30am, When i reached the hotel at 7.30am found the door closed, called up butvtgey simply refused to open the door and said i should come back at 12 . I just cancelled the booking as there was still time and got the cancellation confirmation and the amount paid would be returned. Then booking.com, oyo sends me a thankyou note for staying in the hotel. the main culprit is the booking.com and oyo who dont even know that the client has nit stayed there even after sending the acknowledgement of the cancellation. How can oyo and booking. com be so insensitive regarding the client. I blame the OYO and booking. com for my helpless. Soon the karma will follow for the down fall. As for New Diamond Palace these people will rot in hell for eternity. Note: new daimond palace has shown i had checked in .....is it so easy to falsely the records. registers, identification card, signature room number where stayed must be investigated by OYO and booking.com and strict action taken against the hotel for destroying the trust and goodwill ,name ......
