Beautiful hotel. The room was very nice and the hotel was very well kept and clean. But the best part was Ruchama, the PR Manager. We had an issue with the front desk at check-in and Ruchama took care of it (and then some) as soon as she heard about it. She made sure we were more than compensated and our stay was lovely from there on out.

We really enjoyed staying three nights in the premium room upstairs very quiet and enjoying a filling breakfast with cafe every morning We enjoyed eating dinner at Vitrina restaurant & Golda gelato Lots of fun walking on Allenby Street and also Rothschild Boulevard

The room was fine but the mirrors were confusing. The breakfast was fine. The receptionist was very patient and helpful when she realized our booking was for the next day and helped change it. I liked the complimentary water. It would have been nice if the hotel had somehow acknowledged that it was the start of the Passover holiday. by putting a little something in the room.
