Older man in shirt and tie looked me up and down and asked me was I staying in hotel when asked for directions to breakfast room, I was dressed appropriately and felt he was very snoby and unpleasant.

Fantastic host and the property was spotlessly clean. All necessary amenities and stylish decor. Not far from Cork City if you want to explore the city or a few mins from Charleville town for all you need but in a peaceful location for a great night's sleep. The host was great. We were also welcomed and visited often by the four-legged host, Derry the Shetland Sheepdog. As we had to leave our own dogs at home while we are visiting Ireland, Derry was a loving reminder of our loving family at home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone.
