Each member of staff we met was friendly, happy to interact and professional. I have to give a special word to Maggie in the bar. She was a fantastic person - helpful, friendly, efficient and good humoured. Maggie is a great Ambassador for the hotel. Thanks to the Chef, Cathy, who was really helpful also.
