This was far and away the best place I have stayed in many years.
The Hotel is an old manor house that has been converted into a 4 star hotel. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
The service is top notch & we felt like we were family. The owners were friendly and very sweet. Breakfast is included, and it is a sit-down meal with service at your table. They remembered how we wanted our coffee and brought it as soon as we sat down each day.
This would be a wonderful place for a family reunion or a wedding. I really cannot say enough good things about our stay. SIMPLY THE BEST!

I have stayed here before and the staff gave me the same warm greeting and perfect service. After more than 30 hours travel from the US, it was wonderful to rest in a familiar place with nice people. Geat email contact with staff befor arrival. Shuttle came quickly to the airport (near 11pm). Room was clean and comfortable, "light rail" outside the hotel made hardly any sound, I slept soundly until 11, then enjoyed a delicious chicken salad lunch and caught up with the world on their fast wifi. They called the best Uber driver ever to take me downtown, and I said goodbye until next time.

We stayed at the Chop Old house for just one night before flying out early the next morning. We arrived late, and our host at the hotel was incredibly helpful right away. He helped us arrange a cab for our early-morning trip to the airport, made sure we had everything we needed, and told us a little history about the building. We had dinner in the restaurant, and it was one of the best meals we had in Croatia. Again, our hotel host was extremely kind and made us feel very welcome. Our room upstairs was extremely clean, and very nice. It was spacious, with a nice bathroom, and a very comfortable bed. We would absolutely stay here again if we were ever to take a trip back to Croatia!
