Simple barn conversion studio apartment in a stunning spot right by a tranquil bay, shaded by tamarisk trees. Friendly staff and a nice taverna. Perfect for complete relaxation. We’d seen these rooms on previous visits to Frangkocastello and felt lucky to find availability for our brief 2 night stay. The studios weren’t amazingly modern but were comfortable and had everything we needed, and we would definitely stay again.

Wow! What an incredible place to stay! The room was quite generously sized, and had plenty of space for 3 people. Gorgeous view, wonderful balcony, and very comfy mattresses. Great bathroom; best shower we had during our 10-day trip to Crete.
The hotel restaurant was also delicious. We ate dinner there every night during our 4-night stay.
Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Location, location, location. The pictures don’t do it justice!
Fabulous views, in centre of town but still quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep.
Staff are friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Boat tours are within easy walking distance.

Superb villas in exquisite gardens and amongst olive trees. We could park right by our unit and the view from the balcony through the bougainvillea to the sea was delightful. Lovely breakfast and kind,helpful staff.
The taverna just a short walk away by the sea was great!
We walked easily to the fortress and little town nearby. The peace and quiet was so refreshing!

We had a wonderful one night stay at this cute, Traditional but super cosy hotel and would certainly stay again for longer. Its convenient for the beach, peaceful and the staff super friendly, with the option of a wonderful breakfast a real bonus.
It also has access to a lovely cosy peaceful beach with crystal clear sea with a seperate relaxed family beach bar ( NOT the noisy loud music kind ) that has occasional live music nights and the sunbeds are FREE for hotel guests.
A complete chillout place, perfect for complete relaxation and we have now added this place to our favourites!

We had a gorgeous view of the beach and the sea from our balcony. Artemis and Michaelis, the owners, were extremely friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was delicious. All cooked by Artemis’s mum, Maria. We stayed three nights and ate there twice. It’s a good place to stay if you want to walk Imbros Gorge which is less than 10k away. There is also a supermarket and a great bakery/cafe just across the road.
