Beautiful accommodation in a beautiful location. The apartment was spacious, modern and well equipped with a fantastic view. The towels were large and soft. The bed was very comfortable. It also had a large shaded balcony. Breakfast by the pool was excellent, lots of choice and delicious. Dimitra, the host, was extremely kind and rescued us when we broke down on the way to this lovely property. We were there for 3 nights and we walked to 3 different tavernas in the vilage, all of them good and very reasonably priced.

Frictories station of residency located in a nice garden, about 1,5 from Limnionas, wonderful views from large balcony. Wild nature, you may meet goats on your way to beautiful Akti beach which is about 2 km from the hotel but difficult to get down. Taverns in Limnionas wait you for dinner, while you can make the breakfast yourself – the kitchenette is fully equipped. But you have to bring food, because no shops nearby. The internet is very strong , we had WiFi range extender in our room. Worth to visit to meet peace and privacy.

The staff are exceptional. Thank you to Theo, Triades, Maria and Ava for looking after us so well under extremely difficult circumstances. Unfortunately our stay coincided with Storm Daniel. 5 days of rain, thunder, lightning and high winds. Despite that, what we will remember the most from our stay in Xenia is the genuine care and hospitality from the team. Beautiful breakfasts and freshly brewed coffee delivered to the room with a smile every morning, even during the time we were without electricity! We were so grateful for the time and energy that Theo and Triades invested in getting Netflix running on the TV when we couldn't leave the apartment because the weather was so bad!!The owners are very lucky to have such a fabulous crew working for them. We would love to go back to Xenia again and enjoy its beauty in the sunshine.
