Pool is gorgeous and great for to swim laps or to lounge. There is also a quiet pool available. The breakfast and coffee are excellent. There is an outdoor gym with 2 bikes and weights and TRX. Yoga and pilates are offered for a small fee. It's mostly for beginners but I enjoyed the classes. The entire property is gorgeous and the staff incredible. We were very comfortable in our room and there was a spot for everything even though at first the room seemed small. The bed is very comfortable and the air conditioning is excellent. The beach was very relaxing. Great food for every meal. The Chania downtown area is very close and highly recommended to shop and go for dinner. Lots to see.

The location is nice and quiet, the view is very relaxing. It’s located on a small hill but just 5-10 minutes walking and you are at the beach or in a restaurant. The pool is well maintained and of good size. Personnel were always nice, thank you for a great holiday :) we recommend!

I travelled alone. I'd never been here before. I liked that it wasn't over commercialised. Weather was amazing (October) There was everything that was needed at this resort. I.e. supermarkets. Lots of tavernas/eating places to pick from, I.e Farmers House, Golden Bay Hotel restaurant with stunning sunset views. 4 local beaches. An excursions train.. Good, regular bus service into Chania (21) Was literally, end of season, so tourists were clearly abit sparce, but not any of the hospitality in the restaurants. All accessible to the locality of this resort. I was happy with my choice of resort.

Close enough to Chania that we could drive in 20 minutes, quiet area and family friendly. The nearby beaches make this a great location to stop and rest and plan the remaining trip around the island particularly if you are visiting the west coast and central Crete.

Great area close t the city.
Great area close t the city. A great mix if you want the beach not to crowded and small but at the same time close to the ngihtlife of the Chania.
The 3 beaches are close to each other and a bit different between each other, so each of them is kind of particular. The beach is sandy and the water is transparent. One of the best we found on the island.

The various beaches are all very clean with enough space for those who don’t want a sun bed. The surrounding area is beautiful and it’s a 4Km walk along the coast to Chania. Busses also run frequently into town.
We had endless delays getting to Crete but our host was always ready to meet us on arrival even if it would be very late or after midnight. Finally we got to our destination and Despoina was waiting for us. She did show us everything we needed to know about the flat and was willing to answer all questions. The flat was super clean and well arranged. Everything had been thought of and nothing was missing. When we arrived there was also food on the table for us and we felt very welcome. Our stay was super nice and we totally recommend.
The staff were all absolutely wonderful and did everything they could to make our stay really lovely. They were brilliant with our children (1 &3) and made us feel welcome and at home. The children's playground was fun for them and the hotel is a very short walk from 3 excellent and family friendly beaches. The bus was easy to get to Chania and only took 10 mins - there was plenty of space for our double pram.
The hotel arranged, airport taxis, trips and car hire for us and all were really well organised.
I got pleasantly surprised with the size of the rooms. My room was a studio, it had a balcony, kitchen and fridge. Super clean premises, it's a bargain for what you actually pay. There is a restaurant downstairs that has very good food, seems to be that both the hotel and the restaurant are run by the same family (Very kind and lovely people). Jerry was amazing providing suggestions on what to do. Hope to stay with them again next year.
Pd. Their Tzatziki was beyond delicious ♡
It was perfect for us. Cool room with everything you might need in a vacation. You can cook something easy if you'd like, also there is a fridge that's quite big, garden to relax at night...
They have hotel acomodation and service but with personal touch... Elena was awesome... Eager to give a helping hand with everything...
It is one of those places you are sure that when you come back, that's where you want to stay.
My family had lovely time in Theos Village. Staff at the hotel is so friendly and accommodating. Katerina was so helpful when we needed to organise our trips to explore the island. Hotel is very clean and well looked after. Fantastic pool as well. There is couple lovely beaches nearby. Town is walking distance or quick bus journey away. I would highly recommend. I will certainly be staying here again!
At first you fall inlove with the place, then you fall for the people.
This was our top hotel for the honeymoon, and our only regret is we didn't stay longer.
The rooms are the cleanest I've seen, and the whole outside area is being connstantly cleaned. The breakfast (which changes every few days) is the most awesome possible with multiple choices, and events like 'the greek night' was amazing!
This place is AMAZING! We stayed here on our first ever visit to Chania and will 100% stay here again when we return to Crete. Fotini is a fantastic host (with some brilliant restaurant recommendations) and the location is perfect, only a short 30-minute walk along the lovely coastline to the old Venetian part of Chania. You HAVE to stay here!
Amazing hotel, the architecture, the staff, the breakfast !! a real luxury experience, reasonably priced, especially during low season! A bit outside of Chania though, better to have a car, or to be willing to pay for taxi. Staff is incredible with children,
There is absolutely nothing to complain about - more the absolute opposite - it was a fantastic stay at a great hotel with amazing staff. Food, beverages (welcome drink), room, location, staff, service, cleanliness - all perfect. Keep it going!
The host and his son were both very nice and approachable. The location is great close to restaurants, stores, bust stop and beaches. Beaches are nice - even in windy weather the see was ''calm''.
Great spot for relaxing and discovering Crete.
We were at Theo’s for our last night in Crete.
It was wonderful. Excellent service from all the members of this resort ! Loved the pool and the room. super nice breakfast. We will come again for sure !
Fantastic property, super cool swimming pool and really really nice host and staff. The owner of the place was making a plan for us everyday so that we can see the most of Crete. Highly recommend it!
Beautiful modern hotel and very kind front desk staff. Great location if you rent a car. Very clean and in close proximity to Theodosi, our favorite restaurant in Crete.
Everything was perfect. BEST accomodation during our holidays at Crete. Hosts were great and ready to help and provide everything we needed. Thank you!
