The nicest people so friendly & helpful. Food was lovely Roast lamb after walking the gorge was amazing! Breakfast is ready early & lovely local honey. Well located to do walks in the area. It is a mountain refuge style hotel not a holiday resort, has everything you need. Good value.

Wanda is a great host and looks after the apartments well. We liked being a few km from the coast , great views, quiet and a cooling breeze. If you get a taxi to the top of the Agia Irini gorge you can walk back direct to Spiti Mas. Not too far away (about 30 metres) is a lovely restaurant serving proper Cretan food with a smile.

The breakfast was excellent - fresh bread, orange juice, eggs. The most amazing thing is the location - among pastures with sheep :) A perfect place for trekking in the Samaria Gorge. Very friendly owner. I recommend!

Lovely studio apartment with basic one ring cooking facility and kettle. Fabulous balcony and although at the edge of Sougia, only a 5 min walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Excellent host.
