We didn’t know that breakfast was included but no issues as we probably could have asked and they would have provided. Margarita and her husband are truly wonderful, and their hospitality is second to none. I would highly recommend reserving a room here as its close to the port and easy to get to.

Excellent and generous breakfast.
The shower was too tiny.
The service was exceptional.
Had we known how small the room was, we would have opted for a larger room. The online ad did not reveal how tight the room was. The balcony was an added-value feature, but that did not compensate for the lack of sitting space in the room. That room would be perfect for a single tenant, a smaller bed, and some armchair.

The property was a nice location. Anna, who met us there was wonderful and helpful and took good care of the property. The property could just use some updating in the bathroom grout. And the kitchen could use a rubber spatula that fits the small skillet and a fresh clean sponge would be nice. The bedding was nice and beds comfortable. There was lots of great space for visiting and great views of the harbor

Wonderful location, super clean (fresh towels, bathroom cleaning, dishes done, and room tidied up DAILY). And the proprietor was brilliant, and was tireless about helping us out when our departure ferry got canceled and then when the alternate ferry we booked got delayed, at first until midnight — then until 4 am. She offered us a bed to rest in for the evening in her own personal space ❤️

If you want a place to chill out, unwind and be at ease, this is the place. From the moment you arrive at the port , you are met by a staff member and whisked up the hill to an amazing view of the port, bay and surrounding mountains. The warmth and friendliness of the staff are second to none and they make you feel right at home- nothing is a problem. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, really lovely toiletries in the bathrooms with verandas and sitting out areas. You wake up to the sound of sheep bells and donkeys in the nearby fields. The hotel is less than a year old and is kept spotlessly clean. The pool is surprisingly deep and great for cooling off after a day's sightseeing or sunbathing. Breakfast is ordered the night before on their app to cut down on waste and it's so beautiful sitting on the terrace with chill zone music looking out over the bay. We spent 3 days there and decompressed completely! Would I recommend it ?- 100% yes. Would I go back? - 100% yes.

amazing location right at the beach
very welcoming staff
The beach. A choice of restaurants. Convenient for the ferries. Close to other towns like Apolina and Kastro.
And Sifnos is one of the best Greek islands for being unspoilt, clean, amazing views, lovely villages and very good restaurants. It seems to be a gourmet island, unlike others.

The island of Sifnos is idyllic, To Steno apartments are literally 30 metres from a beautiful Sandy beach, shops, beachfront restaurants and bars.
The port is only a 5 minute walk and there is a bus stop where the bus takes you to other destinations on the island. There are plenty of scooter/car hire shops in the town with competitive prices. The restaurants sell traditional delicious Greek dishes, The Sifnos chickpea stew is very tasty and only about €5 and a local lamb stew is delicious also washed down with a carafe of red wine. The capital of Sifnos is Apollonia and I’d a 15 min bus trip away, it is absolutely beautiful with gorgeous blue domed churches, narrow winding alleyways with amazing shops, boutiques, jewellery shops and restaurants. We went one evening for dinner, it was a good choice as it was cooler and less crowded for walking around the town and all shops are open until 10pm. The restaurants are little more expensive but they are lovely. The last bus returns to Kamares at 22.00 so plenty of time to explore the area.
The apartment was in a perfect location and was super clean and maintained with excellent facilities for tea/coffee, a fridge, breakfast goodies and good wifi connection. Sofia, the host is absolutely lovely and organised an extra night stay for us as we wanted to stay longer!

Kamari is the port for the island, hence it is a convenient place to stay. It is a small port and is not busy or noisy. There are several cafes, restaurants, mini markets, and an overall delightful Greek ambience. The beach is excellent, sandy, gently sloping and spotlessly clean. There are sun loungers and parasols at one end and tamarisk trees and dunes at the other end. Cafes and toilets, Quiet.
If beach life is your main priority Kamares is an excellent choice. If walking is your main priority then perhaps Appolonia or thereabouts would be a more suitable base as it is the centre of the bus system which gives access to the whole island. There is an hourly bus service from Kamares. There are superb waymarked walks throughout the island and a free accurate (!) map and guide thereto.

We did some great walks whilst there..very well signposted trails all over the island.Kamares had a
good selection of restaurants and some very well priced.Only 1 small grocery shop but it was well stocked and the staff were helpful!
Good bus service to all parts of the island..especially liked Vathy.
Villa Frazeska was such an amazing welcome to Sifnos. We weren’t sure where to stay on the island, and are so glad we chose this perfect hotel. The staff was wonderful, the location is perfect, and the pool is gorgeous. Breakfast was so nice every morning, and being able to walk from our room down to the shops and restaurants of Kamares was so convenient. We were able to walk from the port to the hotel after taking the ferry (it is up hill a bit so you might want to take a taxi if you have a lot of bags.) 10/10, would stay again!
We had an incredible time thanks to Margarita and Myrto, who were super nice and helpful. 😍 They sent us a lot of useful tips and recomendations and weare very very welcoming. The room was very nice, big and clean, with AC and wifi and views of the bay. Water pressure in the shower was high, which is something difficult to find! The hotel is right in the middle of Kamares, next to all restaurants, bakeries and the port, perfectly located if you arrive by ferry.
The hotel is very well located : 3 minutes max from the beach by foot, and 5 to 7 minutes to the center of Kamares to the restaurants and the ferry dock. We were welcomed by Maria, and the room exceeded our expectations: everything was perfect, the (huge) double bed, the shower (hot water!), the balcony and private terrace… We also appreciated the pastries and the farewell surprise gift ! We loved our stay here and would recommend 100%!
Recently renovated and spacious house which is fully equipped with a kitchen and laundry. The house is elevated and has a large terrace which overlooks Kamares with amazing sunset views and is a two minute walk to a small cove which is perfect for a morning or afternoon swim. The house is close to the port and only a 5 minute walk to the restaurant, shops and the main beach at Kamares. George is an informative and attentive host.
The place is the best positioned in Kamares, and perhaps all of Sifnos. It’s RIGHT on the beach. Many of the rooms look right out on to the sea and they have everything you need. Simple, clean, airy, and well-appointed. The owners and staff are excellent. It’s the best possible version of a family-run established. And the restaurant in the hotel was our favorite in all of Sifnos. And still, it’s affordable.
Excellent Apartment with an amazing view. clean, great air condition. The staff was very friendly, we got fresh towels daily. The beach is a very short walk away (about 3 min.), a restaurant and a beach bar are even closer. To get to Kamares, where you just walk along the beautiful beach about 8 mins. All in all we had a fantastic experience on Sifnos, in Kamares and at Grand View.
Good location close to the restaurants but not too close to the bustle of the port. Tastefully decorated with lovely outside eating area. Transfer from port to hotel. Beds comfortable. Staff helpful. Kamares is lovely and the beach superb. There are many lovely restaurants
The hotel had incredible views and the location was amazing! Super close to the beach, market and restaurants. The breakfast was very good and there was a wide selection of food. The room was small, but very functional and had a lovely little balcony!
The hotel is absolutely beautiful and charming. Everything is well cared for with love. The owners are lovely and kind. The breakfast is delicious and fresh! Homemade fruit preserves and yogurt to dream about! A truly magical escape!
Xerolithia is a beautiful hotel very close to the port of Sifnos. The staff is super accommodative and sweet, the breakfast is phenomenal. The rooms are very clean and at least ours was quite spacious. The view of course is fantastic!
The owner, Monolos, and his entire family are so kind, friendly, and do whatever they can to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The hotel is brand new, clean and the a/c is fantastic. I highly recommend this outstanding hotel.
Lovely boutique hotel, tucked away behind a quiet stretch of the beautiful beach. Breakfast on the terrace always excellent and the owners are delightful - friendly and helpful. Everything spotlessly clean! Highly recommended.
This property was lovely, the pool area and outdoor living space was especially enjoyable. The house was very comfortable and nicely decorated. There was plenty of dish ware etc. although we didn’t really cook.
This is a wonderful hotel on Sifnos. Bright, clean and spacious rooms. Home-made cake fresh each day. Fantastically friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff and an excellent ocation.
Best location in Kamares. Comfortable bed, clean and nice looking room. Friendly staff, that kept us topped up with coffee and some breakfast items. Makes us want to come back.
An old hotel with some renovation efforts (mostly in the bathroom). Very polite and smiling stuff, great location in front of a very nice beach, decent price for high season
no breakfast - location was fantastic, in sleepy Kamares - just a tiny bit removed, so very quiet. Loved it! Easy walk to the beach, shops... owners were lovely, helpful.
