Friendly staff. Great double room. Clean, comfortable and aittle bit different. Newly decorated to high standards. Mino fridge inc water Has 3 rooms and other guests were respectful. Given keys and security code for doors so could come and go as Breakfast was freshly cooked.

All characteristics of the hotel. The Mayfield room is beautiful. Great views of the street and river. Friendly welcoming staff. There was nothing we didn't like. Loved it soo much we are coming back for Christmas

Nice building, very central although we didn’t go out in Belper. The bar and reception were very nice. Our room was in a quiet location so there wasn’t any noise. Ample tea and coffee.
