We were upgraded to a double room on arrival, the check in was very quick and we were given all the information we needed regarding the facilities in the park. Our room was huge and overlooked the water feature and the beds were very comfortable. Our room was spotless as was the hotel overall and the buffet style breakfast was excellent especially the fresh fruit.
The evening entertainment was good with a good quiz, bingo, and vocalist although we did wait over 20 minutes for our drinks order which we’d made using app. The park facilities were good and the system employed in the swimming pool meant it was not overcrowded and there was four life guards constantly around the pool.

room was lovely, had everything we needed. location was amazing so we could experience Skegness, free parking was a great bonus. Prebooked breakfast for the morning, cooked beautifully.
Good location. However whilst ordering breakfast saturday morning myself and my family did 3 seperate orders to the same table and whilst stood at the till the chef was swearing calling us f****ng b******s, screaming for us at table 12 (my family) to f**k off…
Found it extremely rude considering i was not more than 3 metres away from him. Other than that no complaints.
