If I could rate the staff with over 10, I would. Everyone was lovely and helpful, extremely polite and sweet. Our room was small, but impecably clean and we had everything we needed. The location is a bonus, with Hyde park juat next door with an amazing Diana memorial playground 5 minutes away.
