This old coaching Inn is totally charming. You could just drive past..You need to drop in to experience the warm welcome, the superb food coming out of the kitchen! The lovely staff who are really helpful & their owner Victoria who creates the perfect homely place to rest your head, and eat a gorgeous meal.Sunday Roast 10/10..In fact every dish is 10/10........Full English cooked and presented beautifully.....Chain hotels should hang their heads in shame!!.....Rooms are comfy and cleaned religiously....Yes its close to the road.but it is an old coaching inn!! We believe its due for a refurb so it will be even more cosy & gorgeous!!This really is a little 'Gem'!!with history oozing from its beams, you can almost hear Queen Boadicea riding past!!!Superb on all fronts!!
