The view from the room over the Bristol channel was spectacular, especially watching the sun go down. The location was brilliant - near to everything including the Grand Pier and St James street that had some lovely restaurants. The shower was powerful and the bed comfortable. The bar area was nice, with friendly staff.

Fabulous location right on the seafront and near to the theatre. Excellent breakfast, freshly cooked to order. Staff went above and beyond. Additional parking round the back which we found.

The manager bee was brilliant couldn't help us enough.
I'm asthmatic and asked for extra pillows which we had straight away , wasn't well she was always asked how I was and if there was anything I needed don't hesitate to ask .
