The room was super comfortable, immaculate and modern decor inc hot drinks and biscuits. Although advertised as a small double, just for myself it was more that adequate. Lovely clean bathroom, hot showers and great toiletries as well. The hotel is very beautiful inside and out. The breakfast in the morning was superb and the staff were very polite and accommodating. Central to the Ottery St Mary town so easy to walk in and beside a large Sainsbury’s. I highly recommend a stay here and hope to return myself sometime in the future.

Good value. Comfortable, plenty of space. Practical kitchen, well equipped. Complimentary milk, lemonade and chocolate! Good directions for finding it.

The hotel meets our requirements in these three respects. We have a cottage in the area where paying guests are currently staying. They had issues that we needed to address, so we stayed at the hotel for this reason.

Great location, right on sea front, with parking at rear. Right in the heart of the town.Staff were superb, nothing too much trouble, very considerate. Breakfasts very good. Lovely atmosphere and feel to the place. Our family had rooms on 1st,2nd &3rd floors, all varied and 1st&2nd floor easy level access from lift, ideal for the older members of family. Rooms newly refurbished, light and airy, very comfortable beds, and quiet location with just sound of the waves.
