I make Leonardo hotels the only Hotels that I will stay at. From booking on line right down to the comfort of the bed, I am extremely happy with Leonardo. The staff are more than friendly, they make you feel valued as if a family member, willing to engage in friendly conversations and always offering support. The staff at front desk always sets the tone for the stay and they excel in excellent Customer Service.

Staff friendly, clean hotel , little extra perks such as water dispenser in hotel lobby and that the staff are happy to store your bags in luggage storage room . Great pre cruise stay as near port (we were going on mini cruise)
Just 1 mile from junction 7 of the M27, this fully air-conditioned hotel has free parking during your stay and sits next to Ageas Bowl cricket ground, about 5 miles from Southampton Airport.

As usual everything about this place is good. I was pleasantly surprised to find a lot of options in 24 hour food menu. Excellent

Location is excellent in the middle of Hamble village. Car parking is plentiful and free. Some rooms have nice views across the estuary. Price is reasonable. Rooms very clean.

The marina and riverfront area is quite nice to walk around in the evening. The Old Ship Inn have very surly and uncommunicative staff unfortunately, but the Harpers Steakhouse is a much better option. That A27 gets busy and noisy in the mornings (and presumable evenings too) with lots of commuter traffic on a major 'rat-run' / access route.

Loved the small space with modern comfort of comfortable bed, large tv, heating and modern shower. Sofa bed available. Swimming pool in garden with patio seating for breakfast if weather good. Lovely secret gem.
Although access from pub car park there was no noise from the parking. Main road noise is as expected.
Microwave and kettle good. Take something to be able to wash and dry crockery. Basin only small round in toilet area.

We were using it as a location midway between places we were visiting. Expensive to eat in the steakhouse although it smelled good! Situated on a main road but the rooms were at the back of the property so quiet.

we didnt stay here as we didnt like where it was
it was in a pub car park
we would not recommend it.
we went back instead and didnt stay in the area any longer as we were so disappointed .
The host said that they would offer a refund but a week or so later, they refused to do so.
The room was very clean and modern. There was plenty of tea, coffee and milks in the room which was great as most hotels give the bare minimum. The biscuits and water was also greatly appreciated. Continental Breakfast great and again excellent choice. The pastry was delicious. We also had an evening meal which was excellent and clearly freshly made. Would definitely stay here again.

You could tale drinks from the bar to the room
Comfortable bed
Excellent value for money. We paid £89 for a family room including continental breakfast which was fantastic. We compared to other hotels and yours was extremely appealing.
We also had a fantastic steak meal and enjoyed every bit and the service was fantastic
This is a lovely quirky accommodation, well equipped, and perfect for a short break. It is small but that adds to its charm. It has outdoor space which you wouldn't get with a normal hotel/B&B room. Will definitely stay again. Selda was also very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming.
The hotel is very close the the marina, which is why I chose it. Staff are super friendly and breakfast was nice. Bed was comfortable and room was nice and clean
