Myself and my son stay here quite regularly as my son who is 10 has sensory needs,he loves all the different rooms we have stayed in and he calls this hotel his 2nd home.we both absolutely love using the swimming pool,and my happy place is the jacuzzi,it’s the hottest 1 I’ve been in.i always find the lounge area clean welcoming and relaxing and the garden is really lovely and a credit to the staff that maintain it.

The Riviera Hotel has a peaceful location, looking out over the trees of Alum Chine to the bay. With free Wi-Fi and free parking, leisure facilities include a hot tub and indoor pool.

It was alright, but the room was well worn and could do with some TLC. I paid a premium price for a sea view room, but the room itself was disappointing. Everything else was OK.

Pleasant staff, good breakfast. Not noisy. Easy to park on the street outside (and cheaper than paying for hotel parking). Clean and decent value for money during a holiday week. Kettle and coffee machine in the bedroom.
