Always a friendly welcome at the Everglades - but that is very typical of Derry people. Bed very comfy and room spacious. Room rate very reasonable considering the Jazz festival was on. A decent walk into town if the weather is good but taxis aren't hard to get or expensive. We will definitely be back.
The stylish Belfray Country Inn is set in countryside 3 miles from Londonderry city centre. It has a bistro and a restaurant, as well as free parking.

Really friendly helpful people. Very easy city to navigate.
Really friendly helpful people. Very easy city to navigate. Highly recommend participating in a walking tour (around the walled area) of the city. Takes about an hour, but is really helpful (historically).
We had just an overnight & until the following early afternoon. Will definitely be returning!

We went on a guided tour of city and it was really worthwhile and enlightening and gave us a feel of what the city has been through. Our accommodation was within walking distance a brilliant location . Exchange rate made things expensive. Definitely worth a visit and we will certainly return, easy to drive around.

We booked and paid for the hot tub and didn’t even use it as as soon as we checked in we leave and tried to find a better hotel
I also asked for champagne and sweets on arrival as you are not aloud to bring your own drink and we didn’t revive any thing

Went mid-week over Valentines for 2 nights.
Went mid-week over Valentines for 2 nights. The towpath walk from the hotel (Waterfoot Hotel) to the Peace Bridge and town at around 45 mins was lovely (it was a dry morning) as was the bridge itself.
Loved Sandino's quirky cuban themed bar and also the Taphouse bar near the Guildhall (Music/Singer in the Taphouse from 9pm was great on a Thursday night).
Sooty Olive restaurant (Waterside) then Silver Street bar/restaurant (main town) are both good food places to have dinner & drinks - Silver Street being more economical. City Walls a great experience also.

Go in shoulder or peak season. Winter is too cold and bleak.

It is an interesting town between the walls. You must walk the walls, much info is to be found about Derry here.
The Guildhall has exquisite Stained glass windows and an enormous organ. Quite amazing really.
Londonderry/Derry's history is confronting and not so long ago there was much strife here and it is still in evidence.
Generally the food is excellent, loved it.

The hotel is beautiful, nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. We met our host Connor, he vas very polite and kind. He showed us our room and told us a short story about the hotel and the city. It was very nice to meet him.
Hotel is very close to city centre which is amazing. There is a kitchen for use, with all electrical facilties, cereals, milk, coffee. Overall.. Beautiful place, definitely will come back.
Location is perfect everything to see and do is on your door step. Derry is seeped in history and there’s so much to do in the city centre. The hotel was really nice and the food was lovely. Our room was cleaned and beds made everyday. Staff were lovely although you could see that there was a lot of new staff who were clearly finding there feet and some times we waited ages for a drink
I truly enjoyed staying in a genuine Irish neighborhood rather then a touristic hotel. I also really appreciated the lovely terrace in back with a stunning view over the center of Derry. There’s a restaurant and bar on site, and we enjoyed a wonderful meal there the second night. The breakfast options were also excellent, including a traditional Ulster fry for only an additional £4.
Art House more than exceeded my expectations! The hotel is beautifully decorated, very cozy, and had so many amenities that really made it feel like a home away from home (such as dining tables, a comfy lounge, a kitchen that had all the tools you may need). You're super close to town and can walk to many of the local attractions. Couldn't recommend Art House enough!
The staff were particularly friendly and helpful. The location was the perfect home base for us, traveling in three directions from the roundabout located close to the hotel. Even though it is close to a very busy arterial road, it is quiet with no traffic noise that we could hear. Restaurant meals were delicious and well-priced and the service good.
Ryan at the reception desk went out of his way to welcome me to Derry and gave me a map and highlighted a couple of the spots I wanted to visit. He was so friendly and is a true asset to the hotel. Max in the bar was also brilliant, a very attentive waiter and very well trained, impeccable, like he had worked in a michelin restaurant previously.
The room was very nice and when we asked staff for a good restaurant, they recommended The Kesh, where we ended up going twice. They also gave us our own fridge when we asked for some space in theirs and warmed up some food for us. Close to border with Ireland. Wild Ireland park, Londonderry and Glenveagh National Park easily accessible.
Receptionist from NW America was efficient polite and always pleasant and smiling. The breakfast was buffet with served hot food, menu offers great variety. Parking is free and plentiful, and a 3 course dinner menu is offered for £27. A great value hotel only 8 mins from the Peace Bridge and city centre
The location was central and allowed us to easily walk the Derry city walls. The hotel was beautiful, and the room was clean and exactly as described. The breakfast was a buffet, and it was quite good. We had dinner at the restaurant as well, and we would definitely recommend it.
Staff, customer service and room service was exceptional. Room was immaculate and very comfortable. Have stayed here frequently as it is very near to Derry city centre, our stays have always been good and the price for what you receive is very competitive to other nearby hotels.
It was the perfect location for walking around Derry/Londonderry.
The apartment was above perfect.
Close to food outlets/deli/wine shop.
Easy parking.
Extremely comfortable a great way to relax after being out and about all day without going out again for tea .
Lovely Boutique Hotel right in the center of Derry. Staff was very friendly. lounge had speakeasy feel on the lower level and was very comfortable to hang out at night. Restaurant staff was very attentive and nice, very good breakfast too.
Beautiful hotel. Wonderful staff who couldn't do enough for us, we were made to feel so welcome.
Lovely rooms, huge comfy bed, amazing views, short drive unto Londonderry, delicious food in the restaurant and at breakfast.
Location was excellent for half marathon and for access to the city centre. Staff absolutely lovely and so accommodating. Entire hotel decor stunning. Food was fabulous especially the Gnocchi starter!
Lovely hotel apartment and very good proximity to the best parts of the city centre, hotel itself very nice with a lovely restaurant and good facilities
Beautiful, spacious and welcoming house in a great location close to central Londonderry. Excellent for visiting the city and as a base for excursions.
