Beautiful courtyard with table and chairs, surrounded by flowers, birds and bees. Hot tub was really warm and clean. Apartment was spotless and well equipped, even with an air fryer! Host was really helpful and flexible with check in time.

Such a lovely little find, so peaceful and relaxing with really stunning views. The Shire was decorated absolutely beautifully, with the perfect mix of modern/cottage style. The hot tub was our original reason for booking but it turned out as a bonus because we only used it once as we actually really enjoyed just being here anyway. It’s located on a farm so you can go and visit the animals which was a nice change from our usual busy city life. There is an honesty shop on site where you could get meat from the farm and borrow any books/board games during your stay. The hosts were super friendly and even left us a little gift hamper with some snacks and fresh eggs from the farm. Unreal stay, 100% would recommend and we are looking forward to booking again and coming back soon.

Llanfair Caereinion is a beautiful part of Wales, quiet and tranquil. We have met some lovely friendly people on our visits. The pubs are all very nice. Ales, beers & food all very good with The Goat Hotel being our favourite. Llanfair feels safe & homely to us.
