Good location for T2 and 3. Easy to get to on the public bus. Drops you at the door on both ends. Bed great. We ate at the pub 100m up the road. Rooms and bathrooms only small but if it's only for an overnight night stay, it's fine.

The most convenient solution for overnight stays to catch a flight in LHR for early next morning. Our flight was very early so we didn't get a chance to see how the breakfast is, so I cannot comment on that, even though it would have been even pricier to add 2 breakfasts.

The views and the food were great.
The views and the food were great. We ate both dinner and breakfast seated at a window table in the restaurant — good food, good cocktails and wine, excellent breakfast. The hotel’s location was perfect, the other guests at the hotel and the general atmosphere was very pleasant. The room was very comfortable.
A few months ago, we had a stay at another hotel near an airport which was much less pleasant, although the hotel was clean and the staff tried their best in difficult conditions. My husband actually skipped the breakfast included and went and bought breakfast at another hotel.

It's not an inexpensive hotel but so convenient for Terminal 2. I was able to leave hand luggage in the hotel, check in my large suitcase and then go back for breakfast. Room and food good. I'd stay here again if using T2

Despite the size of the hotel, the staff came across like a family, who cared about us. The actual atmosphere of the dining and foyer areas felt very homely, warm and inviting.
Our room was clean bright and comfortable with all the right amenities to support our stay. Would come back again and stay longer.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff made for a positive atmosphere and enhanced our stay. The rooms were clean and well maintained.
There's a rooftop bar offering light meals and a larger restaurant with a large choice of meals.
Ideally situated for flights to / from Heathrow Terminals 2 and 3.
Free basic continental breakfast with cooked breakfast available at weekends. Our dog was allowed for £5 a night. Very new separate accommodation with an outside eating area looking over the Grand Union Canal and it's barges and wildlife. Lovely walks from the doorstep and handy supermarket not far away. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very handy for Heathrow airport or Uxbridge tube station both just 10 mins drive away. A nice burger or steak dinner menu with vegetarian available reasonably priced.
Great location with easy access to Heathrow T4, including an overpass for even smoother movement between the hotel & the airport &/or using the underground to reach London & especially the West End.
The facilities in the room were excellent, especially the shower. The room was spacious & the bed extremely conducive to a great night's sleep. The reception staff were great accommodating all our requests.
This is our third stay here & will use it again if we are flying to or from T4
I stay at the Thistle when I travel to or through London Heathrow. I only had time to sleep at the hotel, as I took the first bus back to the airport, at 5:44 AM. This is a great value and good location, with the Hoppa Bus connection to LHR for 11 Pounds Round Trip. Allow 40 minutes to reach terminal 3, which is international. So, this is my standard property when I travel to or from London by air. The staff were super, and very friendly. Thank you!
Used this hotel as a base for an overnight visit. Polite staff, easy check in. Cosy room with everything we needed for one night. No charges for parking on site and no extra charge for wi-fi. Our room was in garden buildings away from the main hotel so very quiet.
A few minutes walk from the tube station making great access to travel into London. Waitrose opposite so grabbed a pastry for breakfast.
Staff was very helpful, polite. Place was clean . Breakfast was good. Location is good incase you want to travel to Central London just take the bus from opposite the hotel to Ealing Common and district line 20 mins to Westminster. Plenty of Indian restaurants in the area.
I had previously lived in this area , amazing how they turned that derelict building into a nice place.
Nice and clean room (spacious for London), very friendly staff, 24h restaurant options (according to their menu - we ended up not needing it). There's public transport right in front of the hotel, so instead of the 6£ airport shuttle bus, you can take the local bus for 1,65£. To catch it at the airport, you need to go to the Heathrow Central bus hub, not the shuttle bus hub.
Lovely property so close to Heathrow Terminal 2 - Great dinner and restaurant and bar guys were excellent-very smiley and helpful. For people wanting local bus service take bus 105 (Uxbridge) from Plat 19 - first stop is Hotel near entrance pathway and return to Terminal 2 on U3 at same stop and direct 10mins to terminal. Will stay again when flying out of Terminal 2
Runway bar in 14th floor gives spectacular views of planes taking off. You can see London in distance.
Relaxing way to have a pre dinner drink
Dinner was good on the 1st floor
Rooms clean and sufficient room for overnight stay if you are departing from terminal 2or3
Friendly staff. Modern and clean hotel. Would stay again if I had a flight out of terminal 2 or 3
Fab transport links into London. A10 bus right outside to Uxbridge Station then the Piccadilly line to Piccadilly Circus/ Covent Garden etc. Car parking on site was free. Really good breakfast. Staff were lovely. A10 bus also goes to Heathrow so very convenient for anyone flying. Tap on/tap off transport with a max cost of £15 per day.
The Staycity Aparthotels upgraded our room to a one-bedroom apartment instead of the studio.
This was a big surprise for us, thank you so much.
-fully equipped kitchen
-absolutely clean everywhere
-spacious, the two sleeping area (bedroom and the studio with the kitchen) each has its own door
-big and nice bathroom
Very comfy hotel that exceeded our expectations. Room was spotless and quite comfortable. Extra pillows always a plus and good sized bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel has great ambiance and very good atmosphere. Location is great if you need to be in Uxbridge area. Thought it was far better than 3 stars
I love the Hotel's proximity to Terminal 5 at London
Heathrow. It is so convenient, especially when travel plans are disrupted. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating, especially the young lady who checked me in (sorry, forgot her name!).
Very friendly staff! Clean room and clean facilities. Loved the last minute accommodation and the proximity to the Airport! Good value for the money. Will definitely book again and recommend this hotel if you need a nice, clean place to stay close to Heathrow Airport in London :)
What a nice surprise. The room was clean and spacious, nice contrast to the hotel I had in London, which can be described as 'closet' but was more than twice the money than what I paid at Leonardo, Breakfast was excellent
London was the first stop for our honeymoon and the hotel was nice enough to have a nice decor with champagne and a bouquet set up in our room upon arrival. spacious studio apartment and the bed was super comfortable.
The room was spacious, decorated beautifully and was extremely comfortable. Loved the little couch seating area and work desk area. The whole hotel area that we saw was very clean with friendly helpful staff.
Excellent value for money for a hotel in this area that provides great access to central London. Also located near local shops and provides a great base to travel around the London area
Great location and easy access to London. Clean and spacious rooms, with a comfortable bed.The bar was pleasant and
all the staff in the hotel were great.
