Landlady could not be more accommodating, went above and beyond for us. Location was very easy walking distance into town for the celebrations. Beds nice N comfy making it a struggle to get out of in the morning. Tea/Coffee making facilities and was very quick to offer help with an iron and ironing board.

Small town vibe.
Small town vibe. Very vibrant and l enjoyed the delicious cuisines. I don't like the fact that everything shuts down at 6pm even on a weekend.
The closing time should be looked into, especially on the weekends.

Bit tricky to find town centre.
Bit tricky to find town centre. Cobbled streets are lovely but not ideal for wheelchairs. Nice individual shops and eateries. The park and ride signage remains but is no longer running. Parked in York car park. The exit to town centre is on level 9 but no signage

A huge range of shops and coffee houses.
A huge range of shops and coffee houses. Everything is close walking distance of The Angel Posting House Hotel; 2 maybe even 3 shopping malls, so even if its raining you can shop. Unusual shops, one off shops and designer shops.
Information Centre in the High Street, very helpful and got a map of town and surrounding area within walking distance. We parked outside of the town on housing estate as parking limited and expensive in the town. We walked from there along the river about a mile into the town centre.

Lovely city.
Lovely city. We lived a few miles away until recently, so coming back is great! great shopping area, although covid etc has had an effect on shops.
Love the high end shops, G Live, pubs & restaurants.
Parking is expensive, so P&R is better, south of town or at the leisure centre.

This hotel portrays a high class in all of its advertising...
This hotel portrays a high class in all of its advertising stating that its staff make your stay special. I found the staff rude which is no surprise when the management do not even come back to you after complaining. The MD is no where to be seen despite being copied in on all correspondence. The whole set up needs reform starting from the top. Better places to stay in Guildford than here who will treat you as valued customers.
The room very spacious and big. Comfortable for a family. Service excellent, all employees are super sweet and attentive. Generally the facilities of the hotel are fine, you have everything in the same place.
Location is very convenient if you are in a car. As you can reach major airports, London and place of interests within an Hour easily.
Near to Guildford, which is a nice city with good restaurants and city life. Also a train station with direct departures to Waterloo station in London.
All in all, an excellent choice!
Excellent stay for one night at this very comfortable hotel. We were impressed with all the staff who were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Our room was beautifully furnished to a high standard and very quiet. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and the member of staff on duty was exceptional in his welcome and enthusiasm. The location is very convenient for everything in the centre of Guildford. We are already planning to return next year!
The room was in excellent condition. I arrived earlier then their check in but was accomodated immediately. Staff were friendly and attended to all our needs with smiles. Breakfast was perfect to start our day, cooked with care.
No ask was too much, would reccomend this family friendly hotel and will stay again if i am in Guildford.
Thankyou!
On the outside this is a beautiful historic building in the very centre of Guildford shopping area. Location to the Station was very good - that was my reason for choosing this hotel as had a very early train to London.
My room was a junior suite - lovely space, comfortable big bed,
Great location and good value for money compared to the hotels in Guildford.
Property was clean and had everything I needed for my one night stay.
Great communication from the owner when I asked a question.
Would use again if I’m ever in Guildford again.
I very often like to stay in Guildford Manor Hotel & Spa, because it is situated in a beautiful countryside, surrounded by green, staff is friendly and very welcoming. The rooms are very beautiful and comfortable ✨️
this property was very modern and had a boutique style , was greeted by a member of staff at the reception who booked us in and made us feel very welcome from the start . very well located to Guildford town centre .
The two reception staff with whom I dealt were very polite, professional, courteous. The omelette at breakfast was superb, and the hotel has good coffee. I also like the convenient short walk to/from town.
I found the staff to be very friendly. My room was well equipped and comfortable. Booking in and checking out was very efficient. I'll use this hotel again if in the area.
lovely comfortable country Hotel pub, restaurant with a friendly atmosphere. Plenty of parking and good access to Guildford by train and bus with ongoing trains to London
Good size room in a good location. Accommodation is separate from the pub so you aren't disturbed by the music. WiFi and TV. The bed was comfy. It was cheap.
