The open fire. The location. The comfy bed. The place is very comfortable and peaceful. Deffo we would stay there again.
The sunsets at Portnalong Pier were impressive.
We ate at the Taigh Ailean hotel in Portnalong. The food and drinks we had there were great, especially the very fresh seafood.
If you are driving around Fiskavaig, you need to get used to single track roads quickly! But there isn't much traffic, so it's not a big problem.
There is an easy hike to Talisker Beach from Fiskavaig. However, there is a fairly long walk on roads if you want to avoid doing any driving.
