Fantastic staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. It was my daughter’s birthday, which they I’d briefly mentioned when booking, and they put balloons in our room and at our table at dinner. The food was delicious.

So much history and character - a truly exceptional short break with something for the whole family. Lots of historical trails to enjoy, walks and cruises on the river Trent.
